I've got two Axiom chasses and I'm wondering, do you guys think Conflux will EVER be good enough to want two, or do you think the shock/ripspike niche would be better with a single Conflux?

Something that expensive should be magnetized. With the new CID, dynamic update world we live in, you never know when there might be an errata that makes the Conflux awesome!
Plus you can always try the Syntherion, PC and all the Modulators list! =D

Why waste it on one shot per turn when I can get a gigantic beatstick AND do it twice?

I think Mother would serve the PC best, she gives it extra RNG and Imperil is the only buff that works with the Direct Current or Capacitor Discharge effects. If you combine Imperil and get a good Ionization Servitor placement you can be doing POW 14s via those 2 effects. While thats far from great, its still free and not considered attacks (which bypasses a lot of rules).

Hey there! Anybody has a comprehensive tutorial on magnetizing Conflux/Axiom ? Will make my first attempt on magnetizing something and I am wondering how to start!

Hey there! Anybody has a comprehensive tutorial on magnetizing Conflux/Axiom ? Will make my first attempt on magnetizing something and I am wondering how to start! I magnetized mine in four places: the hip, the hand, the shoulder gun, and the head gun. I imagine that would be difficult if you only have one set of hands; not sure how many come with the hard plastic, I bought bits for it online. For the resin Axiom, I drilled into each side of the model at the "hip" joint and placed a magnet there to allow for easier transport. For the hands I drilled into the forearm and put a magnet there, then placed the magnet on the inside of the hand. Granted I used giant magnets, you probably don't need to actually drill into it. For the head and shoulders I used regular-sized magnets, so no drilling was required.
