The Vanquisher feels better at it's new cost. I do wish that Tristan1 was more interesting, but his being only 2 points is good too.

While Protectorate warcasters received no more warjack points, the Protectorate did receive the lion's share of number of warjacks discounted and the amount of discount. If I remember correctly, most of the non-character jacks are now below 15 points.
The Sanctifier boost is truly cool, in my opinion. It provides of constructive means of spending its souls without having to convert them all to focus and makes up for it's anemic MAT and POW. If I can ever find someone to play a game with again, I will certainly be including some of these.

I think that only Eye of Truth, Hand of Judgement, the Avatar and our colossals are over 15 points, and Scourge of Heresy is 15 points. Speaking of colossals, is the Revalator still left behind by the Judicator?

I have always found it somewhat insane that Protectorate players on the internet dismiss Burning Ground. That’s an amazing flag/zone denial ability.

Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to putting a Revelator on the table, but the Judicator is so much more bang for its buck that it simply overshadows the Revalator. I'm hoping that the points drop of the Revalator makes it a viable option. I can certainly put it in more lists now.

I think it's the Range 10 on the burning ground shot and the POW of the secondary weapons equaling that of a hand cannon that makes the Revelator less appealing.

Although I didn't see Revelator by myself so it is nothing but theorymachine, but it is obvious that requires a direct hit greatly reduces its uses in the actual gameplay, as well as RNG 10. Although it is not bad as a side effect of your main gun with POW 15, but I don't think that it is something you can rely on.
Perhaps its low POW on the secondary weapon is because of Choir? Also it is more like a marker laser.

Journeymen for 2 points sounds good to me. In Khador, a 4-point journeyman is really more like 15-18 points. (Unless you’re silly enough to take a Berserker chassis jack…but why would you?) Agreed, if you could bring them "naked" like in mk2 it would be different but in this case it's more like the Jr's get 2 WJP. Which is alright.

I have no doubt the low POW is due to the availability of the Choir. It just amuses me that the caliber of the weapon is at least double that of the hand cannon, but does no more damage unassisted.
Up until Mark 3, Protectorate non-character jacks were generally lower MAT and RAT due to the Choir (not that privateer press was wrong in considering the Choir when deciding on stats for the 'jacks). The RAT hasn't changed, but Proctectorate at least received some MAT 7 'jacks in Mark 3.
