"Yuri the hunter" apparently. I didn't register it before, but I guess it's The Axe... without his... axe?

I only listened to part of the twitch thing. Totally missed the details on the bear, what did they say about him? He works for khador? Also Bella2 is khador-ish in the sense that she can play in flame in the dark, well probably I don’t think she’ll lose the thamarite tag.

Bulkhead looks pretty cool, but especially with the medium base I get the feeling he'll be a smaller, weaker MOW heavy. Or maybe he'll have extra armor and cover? shotgun suggests a spray attack. Underboss guy looks pretty cool, guessing he has some kind of leadership effect for Kayazy. Been ages since anybody played the big units, right? And maybe Ol Grim gives a boost to widowmakers, but I think it's more likely he'll play like a wraith with only one shot.

The bear is a Trollblood solo. not a big surprise there. got a source for that info? They said it during the keynote. Bumbles is a former Northkin Battle Bear whose handler died. Hungerford gave an overview of both the WM and Riot Quest rules for every single model shown above in the keynote yesterday.

I encourage evrybody to watch the key note stream on witch you youtube you dont need an account to do so.
Note that 3/4 of the new khador solos should work in Jaws, i hope they will prove to breathe some fresh air into that theme.
They also teased the underboss will have reel in on his gun and brain damage on his crowbar. Yuri will have ambush, the MoW will have bulldoze and either assault or dual attack and Ol' Grim will be a Khador Cryx Widowmaker Wraith model.

Just watched the keynote, in the news that interests us, or might interest us: -New archon called death archon is a merc/minion archon with a very grim reaper look, no confirmation about who he works for, we might get him since we seem to be very open out which archon we can take (or so says the 8 archon I've got on my shelf) -Hunter Yuri is well Yuri2, he's an ambushing solo with a bow, he's a strait up khador model, so not even merc if I got that correctly. Currently Warrior of the old faith specify Yuri the Axe as a solo, but they mentionned adjusting the theme forces to include theses new models, so I could see them changing Warrior of the old faith to include him. He would probably see play time there. Jaws of the wolf also specify Yuri the axe so I'm especting a change here too, since currently no theme force can take him at the moment. Having an ambushing models that is probably harder to kill than kossites might really help Jaws, because at the momment that theme struggles to stay releveant on scenario. -Underboss Vizkoya, don't expect him to buff the other kayazys, his gun can be used to either pull himself to a model, like the gobber river raider, or he can pull the model hit (probably base size dependant here) to him. He's a mercenary partisan khador (like all kayazy). His melee attack has brain damage, depending on his stats and since he can be taken as a merc solo in most of our theme (or just strait up taken in jaws) I could see him making it in a couple of our lists, Wolves of winter doesn't tend to have a specific autopick merc solo, so he can always be an option here -Bulkhead, strait up khador solo, he's apparently good at slaming and then shooting things with his gun, not much else was said about him on the warmachine side of things, expect him to have standard Man o war stats, arm 16 + shield, arm 17+ shield if we're lucky. No words on if he'll have any of the defensive tech you could expect from a solo with a shield, so stuff like shielguard or roadblock are pure speculation at this point -Ol'Grim, He's a Khador and Cryx model, not a mercenary, both a widomaker and a wraith. Similar soul collection mechanic to pistol wraith but with a marksman rifle, not entirely sure in which theme he'll end up, probably Winterguard Kommand and Jaws of the wolf who can already take the widowmaker marksman, I could also see an argument for putting him in wolves of winter, since creepy wraith thing seems to fit well with the occult greylord vibe of the theme. -Stonecold black bella is still a thamarite, so Flame in the dark option, she can throw her bird, hinted that it's going to be the same as the lord of the feast's bird. She's suppose to be strong offensively, she has call to sacrifice sea dogs, that's not all that releveant to us, I wouldn't exacly expect a weird sea dog build te be a thing for us, but hey one more Flame solo is always nice.
Overall we get a lot of stuff here, at least a fourth of the release are khadoran models, we'll probably have a couple more merc option, like Dez&Gubbin and Gudrun since we can already take the version 1 of these models, not sure how releveant they will be since they will just be basic merc with no faction bonus stuff.

Will be interesting to see if Bella's whip gets kitted out like a MHA. I'd be pretty disappointed if Bulkhead doesn't get tech related to that shield, it's pretty much his most distinctive feature.

Overall we get a lot of stuff here, at least a fourth of the release are khadoran models I was surprised by how many Khador models - by which I mean thematically Khador rather than "will work for Khador" - there are. My friend plays Protectorate, so I was keeping an eye out for models for him, but it doesn't look like any of these releases are pure Protectorate? Anyway, I kind of really want Bulkhead and Ol' Grim, but I'm having a hard time justifying 40 dollars (before international postage) on two models right now. The sensible part of my brain is telling me that I should wait and eventually pick them up as part of a larger mixed order as that should work out better for shipping (and I might be able to take advantage of some form of discount that way too), but the PP fanboy part is saying I should support the kickstarter. Stupid brain, can never make up it's mind.

I'd be pretty disappointed if Bulkhead doesn't get tech related to that shield, it's pretty much his most distinctive feature. Definitely. I wouldn't mind if he was a bit more resilient than, say, the MOW Kovnik; I might still be a bit resentful of the statline on those Steelhead Ironheads... Hmm, what if: counter-slam?

Yeah protectorate will probably have a couple of models working for them, but like only half a faction release if Yuri gets added to warrior of the old faith.

Hungerford said something in the keynote -- I'm not going to go make a transcript -- that amounted to how the model "slammed into people with his shield and then shot them point-blank with his shotgun".
Also, he said that the model is a "Man-o-War Breacher", which I take to be a new keyword -- like Tanker -- and I'm going to guess this guy is not a character...but who knows. I haven't seen confirmation of that one way or another.
