I’ve already probably had Covid 19 and had to drop a steamroller. Also, my local mtg venue is down for at least a few weeks.
How are you coping?

Had our event down to 4 people but it still happened. I think everything is shutting down as steps are taken (Germany).

The biggest stores in my meta have basically shut down their gaming and hobby areas. Shopping areas are still open, but if you want a game, you need to get personal or virtual.
We even had a gaming convention coming up at the end of the month, which has since been cancelled.
While I can agree that it is for the best if you want to cut down on transmission, it really doesn't help with countering the panic mongers out there.

Here in the UAE the game stores are just open for shopping. Had a few events cancelled and now if you want games you need to meet up at someones home.
Cheers, Dave

Polish community is organising a Vassal tournament/league. Other than that full on social distancing - no events, no games at clubs, no friendly visits. Staying safe and keeping others safe.

Polish community is organising a Vassal tournament/league. It turns out the tournament has quite an international attendance
I wonder how many of those players will actually complete their games, though. Still, a noteworthy attempt!

We may actually see people field more painted armies locally when the shut down passes. That's my hope. But I very much doubt. Those who paint will use the time to paint. Those who don't wont. If anything it will probably widen the gap between both camps in term of volume of painted vs volume of unpainted.

My local group was paused for almost a half of year and only some of them are recently have the games.
Well, still it's better than let it kill ourselves. Hope that we can endure the plague alive. If we can survive against it, we will have an another day to play the game again.
