Sorry if this is very obvious to all of you, but I get confused over what Zerkova’s FEAT actually stops? What qualifies as a special action or attack? Is shield guard a special action? Sucker? Harbinger’s Martyrdom ability? I got the whole no shooting, but what about Magic ranged attacks? Again sorry if this is silly to some of you, but I guess I have struggled with special actions etc., all along.

See the WM rulebook, page 34.
Special actions and special attacks are described there.

Yes, I’ve already looked at that and still am unclear which is why I posted the question on the forums.

I believe a special attack or action is something you choose to do during your activation instead of a regular attack. So not shield guard or sucker as these are not things you choose to do instead of an initial attack.
Also iirc all "special" anythings have a star next to their name on the back of the model's card?

anything with *action or *attack on a card is stopped.

That clears it up a lot thanks guys! I was just way over thinking it obviously.

The answer, like they have said, is “anything that is a Star Attack or star action, and anything that specifically says it’s a special attack or special action in the text somewhere.”

Not to hijack the thread (but to hijack the thread)
Is a charge by a warjack considered a "power attack"

No, power attacks are special attacks that war jacks (usually) need to pay a focus to use. The only similarity to charging is needing to pay the focus.
However, Zerkova's feat explicitly stops models from charging so it's a moot point.

I was, however, trying to figure out how the Tharm Archon might have benefits other than cheap pow 15 fodder.

Did you mean the Thamarite Advocate? Yes. And of course POW 13 base. Hex Bolt has many very strong applications in the current meta. Things like stopping the Hermit's spells, Storm Raptor's *Energy Pulse, almost every non-focus/fury/essence user's spell-casting, preventing tramples (relevant against Siege Animantaraxes, etc.). The list goes on.

Also I'll take anti-tough on two potentially free models any day.
