Hi everyone!
I am a Mk2 player returning to Warmachine (which explains why I own Boomhowlers -_-) and I did a lot of work catching up on the MK3 updates and adapting my list to the new theme force rules. I have reached a point where I need actual advice from other players to know if what I do make sense.
Small clarification : I do not intend to play in tournament put I like to find a balance between flavor and efficiency
List 1 - Sons of the Tempest
[Brisbane 1] Major Markus "Siege" Brisbane [+28] - Stormwall [36] - Triumph [18] - Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator [4] Gun Mage Captain Adept [0(5)] Journeyman Lieutenant Allister Caine [0(5)] - Ace [10] Journeyman Warcaster [4] - Hunter [10] Lieutenant Bastian Falk [0(5)] Arcane Tempest Gun Mages [11] Black 13th Strike Force [10]
Question: I also own Tempest Blazers and Boomhowlers which I could swap in instead of the Stormwall. Would that be better?
List 2 - Storm Division
[Nemo 3] Artificer General Nemo [+25] - Dynamo [18] - Firefly [8] - Thunderhead [20] - Squire [0(5)] Stormblade Captain [0(5)] Stormsmith Stormcaller (3) [0(5)] Silver Line Stormguard (max) [16] Storm Lances (max) [20] Storm Strider [18]
Question: Should I swap the Stormguard/Stormlances/Captain/Stormcaller for Stormwall/Journeyman/Strangewayes and play Heavy Metal instead?
Thanks in advance for any useful advice you guys may have about my lists

They both look solid.
Silverline are generally dubious particularly if a caster can't keep them alive -- I would find room for Jr. or Stormblades instead. Also Arlan. Nemo needs more focus support for the type of jacks he's bringing.
The Siege list is fine. I'm not a big fan of ATGMs though, and would prefer things like Arlan (combos with Falk) and arcane tempest riflemen . Stormwall can be swapped for hurricane if you need 1 point.

Welcome back to the game.
I think the Siege list looks solid and that you should keep the stormwall. If you can swap it for a hurricane I might suggest that along with changing the journeyman's hunter for a firefly so you can get some field mechanics in there. (As a cheap throw-away unit I find mechanics fantastic but the repair ability helps so much to mitigate 'chip' damage on your jacks as you move up.) Although Siege can crack armour pretty well with his feat, it's always nice to have a solid melee hitter to get the job done outside of feat turn. Boomhowlers are not what they once were, either in terms of usefulness or durability. Blazers are fun and good but I'd rather stick with a colossal to ensure you have something (relatively) tough and hard hitting to get the job done.
The Nemo3 list looks different to what I'd make for him (but I'm a bit odd anyway) however I can confidently say the silverline stormguard are not a good or easy unit to get value out of. The damage buff they can potentially provide would be nice but I've never seen it pulled off in a game. Generally they either die on the way in or are unable to get where they need to because of what had to be done to get them up the field in one piece. I'd much rather swap them for stormblades (who admitted suffer many of the same problems but with the CA they have a turn of iron zeal) who can make for an impressive fusillade of electrical firepower on feat turn with decent threat range thanks to assault. 16pts would get you the unit, CA and one WA. On a more minor and subtle bit of list fiddling I would consider marshalling the firefly to the stormblade captain. Nemo3 lacks any movement shenanigans which can make getting a piece like the firefly where it needs to be a little tricky. The captain has reposition (5") as his drive and that makes the firefly a much more mobile and versatile piece than usual.

Thanks for your great feedbacks! It looks like my Siege List is fine so let's focus on the rest
I know that Stormblades are generally much better than the Silverline, my problem is that I hate the Stormblades as they are so annoying to play with their thousand special rules....and therefore I always use the Silverline instead
- I also like the Hurricane with Nemo, but I only own a Stormwall and don't plan to buy (and paint!) a hurricane anytime soon. But then, since I don't really plan to play any tournament I guess I could just proxy my Stormwall as a Hurricane?
Based on the above information, would it make sense to play Nemo3 in Heavy Metal instead of Storm Division? I lose the Storm Lances but gain a Stormwall/Hurricane.
Nemo3 - Heavy Metal
[Nemo 3] Artificer General Nemo [+25] - Dynamo [18] - Hurricane [35] - Thunderhead [20] - Squire [0(5)] Captain Arlan Strangewayes [0(4)] Journeyman Warcaster [0(4)] - Firefly [8] Storm Strider [18]
FInally, I am also in the process of painting Stryker 3 and I have started to work on a Storm Division with him:
Stryker 3 - Storm Division
[Stryker 3] Lord General Coleman Stryker [+28] - Ol' Rowdy [18] - Stormwall [36] - Squire [0(5)] Journeyman Warcaster [0(4)] - Firefly [8] Major Katherine Laddermore [8] Stormblade Captain [0(5)] Field Mechaniks (min) [3] Silver Line Stormguard (min) [10] Storm Lances (max) [20]
What do you guys think? Silverline still sucks but since I don't want to play Stormblade, what are the alternatives?
Once again, thanks a lot for your help!

Hmm, remember that you can take a mercenary unit instead of the Silverline. Which actually means you can take a Partisan unit, i.e. Morrowans. I'm not too well versed in the new Morrowan stuff, but I heard some people saying that the Legion of Lost Souls is decent the other day?

I'd certainly give the new Nemo3 list a game or two. Depending on your plan for Arcane shield or how much you value it the only suggestion that springs to mind is swapping the Journeyman out for Caine0. There are a couple of cute tricks that Caine can pull with Nemo3 but they are risky and somewhat situational. Fire for effect is a lovely spell for thunderhead though and can even do good work on the hurricane but the cute trick I see if letting you send out the firefly to apply it's damage buff and then use Caine to spirit door it back to somewhere completely within 2" of Caine (which can be behind him or off to the side) and let him reposition his 3" back due to the theme benefit. It might not be enough to keep him safe (after all, Caine isn't exactly tough to kill) but if you manage it carefully he can be safer than you might first expect. (Firefly benefit out 5" from the model, base is 1 1/2, Caine can spirit door from 8" behind that and then repo' 3" further away.)
For the Stryker3 list, as has been mentioned by Soul Samurai, you can take a single merc unit in theme and that unit can be a partisan one so that you still benefit from the feat. First pick would be the new Vigilants unit who are quite good under any light. Another, perhaps... no definitely sillier idea would be to take 6 stormsmith stormcallers. They can potentially chuck out quite a lot of fairly accurate (because of how many defence buffs they ignore) shots that are magical and ignore stealth. As solos they are more versatile for spreading out and getting to places. They also make for an amusing and irrationally satisfying way to make the most of Stryker3's feat. At SPD 6 with 1" reach they have the same threat range as a stormguard model and the feat means they auto-hit and should do enough damage to kill an infantry model. This can allow a couple of them to move up and accomplish something before others do their normal thing and triangulate off the ones that charged to cause as much trouble as possible.
