Just wondering if anyone has some favourite little combos. In my group, Eiryss has been a real star. She might not be super hard hitting, but her ability to move after a hit can make her really efficient (saving you an action dice) and get her Scout aura to useful places. One of my regular opponents has enjoyed doubling up on Scouts with the Wolf With No Name, since she can usually source that first point of damage for him and then reduce his target's defence. Personally, I love to run her, Boomhowler, and Bamfist together, plus a heavy hitter. It can be expensive to get them all together in the middle of the map, but the module positively sings. Between Bamfist enabling multiple activations a turn and Boomhowler adding his additional boost dice, you can throw in some gear and get some serious work done. I think Ledfoot and Tredz are earmarked to be the default fourth member of that starting set if I'm happy with a second Gunner, since they can benefit from all the buffs and help get the rest of the crew together and keep them there.

How did Ledfoot and Tredz work for you?

A few more games under my belt now, Ledfoot and Tredz are easily MVP. It's tough missing out on Boomhowler in Adventuring Party, but getting that extra movement out of Ride Along is huge.
I've yet to play out of Adventuring Party, so for me it's Eiryss in the Scout slot, Bella in the Fighter slot, Dreyfus in Guard, Flugwug in Rogue, and Bamfist for Specialist.
This makes for an incredibly mobile team that can get some additional activations thanks to Bamfist. Ledfoot carting around Dreyfus can be fun to keep Ledfoot in Cover.

Sadly, my Ledfoot took a few extra weeks to get to me, and in all the games I've played since then he's been drafted before I could get my hands on him (we mostly play by pooling the models and gear together and then assembling a crew and Riot Gear hand through a communal draft process). He does seem excellent though. Dragging a Scout into position with him makes his gun frankly absurd, or he can have J.A.I.M.s ride along and make for an obnoxious pair to deal with. Haven't seen him on the same team as Bamfist yet, but I'm a bit worried about the prospect...

It is ludicrous! Last night we didn't have enough for full crews for 3 people, so I busted out my Pyg Tank brigade and every team had a Ledfoot. Oh man, the Ride Along shenanigans were insane and Point Blank was getting work done!

I've been a bit overaggressive buying models as they have come out and since I only get one game a week usually the intent is just to try the newest models. So far my favorites are gunners and scouts although Crawtooth is pretty sweet and Bella can be annoying as all get out. Probably my favorite starting four are Eiryss, Ledfoot, Crawtooth and Dreyfus although I'm leaning away from Dreyfus cause he never seems to be in the right place.

Funnily enough, Dreyfus started out as being basically in the sin-bin (i.e. one of the models leftover after the drafting process) in our early games. He's been making a bit of a comeback lately though. A little expensive to get him where he needs to go, but he's a good versatile performer once he's up in the thick of it. Ledfoot has been making a huge impression. The power of the gun plus the fact that he mostly doesn't take super damage. One of those rare models who doesn't feel like he needs any kind of upgrade to be consistently threatening super damage on enemy pieces, and the ability to move allies around can sometimes feel absurd. Flugwug made his first outing as well. He ended up feeding one opponent two scrap cards, since both attacks that targeted him (both from the Wolf) rolled the casual 6 strikes needed to super damage, so he rarely lasted very long. But between him machining his way through treasure chests with minimal action die investment and the fact that the new Treasure Deck can be pretty nasty with Discard a Card mechanics, I had no Riot Gear left to equip to my crew by the mid-game. It was all either on the board or in the discard pile. First time I've had that happen

Gorman is one that I'd love to make work in my crew. For some reason though, whenever I try to strip Bang Rounds of Boomhowler or Hyperspring Boots off Butcher, he always misses.
Speaking of, Boomhowler is just a killing machine. Bang Rounds on him just lets you push the whole arena into a mess.
Harlowe was pretty brutal in the last matchup I played--pretty much an all killy team. First time I've ever seen someone win by scrap alone.

If you ever get a chance, put the spring blades on Capn' Crawtooth. RNG 5 melee attacks on a fighter? Yes please.

It's pretty awesome, but whenever I do it, I always end up feeling bad about moving first to get the charge bonus die on him even when he's already in range of his target... still with Bamfist about to take the two action dice off him again, you can do it twice in a round for extra fun without needing to put Bamfist in a particularly dangerous spot
