Hi all!
I would like to write down an armored korps list leaded by strakh1, the idea would be a sort of "striking" list, with the feat making the list fast and aggressive.
The mainstay should be Viktor in the battlegroup (+another jack, maybe the grolar or a cheaper juggy?) and a full of Demos+the bad guy with two hammers to cast occultation on. I would like to add a chariot and a drakhun at least, because they are fast and they can use the +4" SPD the best.
Do you have any experience or ideas in this kind of list? Any model or combo i should consider most of others?
Thank you in advance!

Haven't tried it, but I think the 'take fast things' approach is going to lead to a disjointed list if you are also thinking about Demo Corps as a significant part of your hitting power. You are probably going to hold your feat until the Demo Corps can use it. That means saving the feat for the slowest models in the army. By that point, the extra speed of a Chariot or Drakhun is therefore less significant. You might find the points better spent elsewhere.
A Chariot might be interesting to include as a Sentry target if Victor gets Superiority, but that's including the Chariot for a very different reason.

That's a tough one. My general feeling is that Strak2 plays will with AC, not so sure about Strak1. Strakhov likes his battlegroup, so I would probably fill out any leftover points with more jacks - as long as he has a good jack in working order his assassination threat is live and cannot be ignored. The Grolar is generally considered a good pick with him, as it's a great assassin jack if you can deliver it.
Occulatation on Demos sounds good, but that might not be enough to deliver them - Stealth mitigation is a thing after all - so it feels like a unit of Shocktroopers and a Kovnik is still a good call. Also since your plan is to take advantage of Strakhov's speed boost, the added speed from a Kovnik would be good anyway.

I tried a Strakhov1 list during the Armored Corps CID, with the same idea in mind: Stealth Demolition Corps are fun! I played something like this:
(I'm not sure about the exact list, I tried different versions of it, but the general idea is here)
It was actually quite fun to play, and I had some good success with it.
I wanted to try with a Victor but didn't manage to do it, because points were too tight, especially with the old theme free points system. Now with requisitions, I might give it another try. I'm still not sure if this is a good idea, Sentry looks nice on it, but it cannot benefit from Overrun...
I'll have to disagree with you on this one. In my opinion, slow models benefit the most from the feat. Fast models already go fast, and since you need the enemy models need to be in Strakhov's control range for the feat to work, either Strakhov will be too exposed, or the fast models won't really benefit from it.
