Thoughts on the above (likely as a pair with Vlad2 wolves into stuff that shoots too much).
B3 Adjunct (but should it be the wardoge?) Ruin Devestator (on run to a zone duty) Behemoth (see below)
S0 Beast
Yuri (RQ) Eliminators x2 (RQ) Kossites (min) Hermit
Thought here is to somewhat abuse the new theme benefits. One idea is to plop the forest down either to connect with an existing one (providing a particularly nice screen for Butcher and BG) or a place that Behemoth can abuse by moving up, shooting with a boost and then getting energized back). I think going second makes sense to get some immediate scoring Advantages.
Thoughts or tweaks?

It's Butcher3 in jaws, the theme force change really hasn't changed that it's never really worked as a theme because it relies too much on Butcher himself doing work, which has never worked for me. I don't see what the game plan is, with only four jacks on the table and models to contest, it's a list geared not to lose, not a list geared to win. The reason why I like Butcher3 in winterguard kommand is that the rest of the list can do a lot of work with minimal support. It's also the reason why if you want a list to anchor Butcher3 (the way I think people expect him to work in wolves) I'd look at running him in armored corps instead.

I have found that with WGI the problem is just how easy it is to remove everything BUT Butcher. PLay keep away from him, find ways of killing multiple Def 12/12 models, don't get hurt too much by the rockets. Profit.

If playing into a gunline, sure, but why would you be playing Butcher3 in a gunline, his kit is terrible for that. Also what kind of list do you have in mind? The way I ran him had 3 heavies and a gun carriage, not that easy to remove. With the oblivion themes it's even easier to run him jack heavy in winterguard kommand because you're not losing any free cards. The key model here is the gun carriage for me, and it's not an easy model to remove. Have you looked at running him in armored corps, any of the man o war with a shield is anything but easy to kill. With Butcher3 I don't even think I would bother with Bombardiers or demo corps, just go for double shocktrooper and some tankers and you should have staying power. Again not something that will survive a dedicated gunline, but that's your other list's job, not Butcher3's job.
