It is sad to say, but Nemo already did too much for us. Perhaps it is the time to relieve him from his long, long duty.

Some fluff tips:
1) Both Nemo and Haley actually got an official offer to become clockworks, since they are both considered "Ignorant Savants" (People blessed by Cyriss that advance her plan without knowing it) for their mechanic and magic acheivements. Nemo received the offer from Aurora in Dark Convergence, and Haley from Mother in At what cost. Both refused the offer, since considered the clockwork transformation close to necromancy.
2) Clockwork transformation HAS ties with necromancy (despite what a Cyrissist would say), since the first studies about transferring the soul into a soul chamber were done using Cryx rituals as scientific material. For the clockwork transformation to work, the body has to receive a critical shock, or even better be totally disintegrated, so the soul hasn't the "temptation" to remain attached to the body instead of going into the chamber. The most common ritual is done blazing the entire candidate body with an extreme and sudden source of heat/flame/laser.
3) Field clockwork trasformation is possible (is what Enigma Foundries do with human cyrissist that die in battle), but has a much higher chance of failure or to damage the soul.
4) Both Aurora and Axis are just normal humans, without any mechanical parts attached to their bodies (actually, it's a SIN for Cyrissist religion to blend the impure flesh with the pure machines with partial trasformations. You are either body or machine, never a mix). Aurora's wings are actually the first working jetpacks of Iron Kingdoms (even before CG industrial ones). Same with Axis suite. It's just an armor, inside there is a normal man. Convergence doesn't grant the Clockwork transformation easily, and many priests spend decades hoping to receive it before it actually happens. Cyrissists also think that one should become clockwork only when he has fully experienced all sides of being an imperfect living creature before moving to become a machine. Actually, Aurora is loathing on her mother Diretrix since she is using her power to delay her clockwork transformation, while Aurora thinks she is ready for it.
5) Lynch is a stormcaller and a very good mage (Adept is a quite high magician rank in the Arcane Order). That said, it was never said if she was also a warcaster or not. The fact that it wasn't mentioned and that she is never seen in fluff controlling a jack seem to imply she is a simple mage, but on the other side she actually "helps" Nemo3 giving focus to his jacks, and a brutal mental shock (Like potentially Nemo's death) COULD trigger the process of becoming a warcaster, potentially (even if it often happens to younger individuals than her, but cases of late unlocks of warcaster potential exist in the past). So, likely she isn't a warcaster, but PP has room to say she actually is if they want to go for that route.
