With the Stormbreak event finished, and the Cygnar side losing the last battle during L&L, one of the main chars present on the ship will die.
On the Cygnar side, there were present: Magnus, Stryker and Nemo, so one of them is going to be killed during the next chapt of the novel.
Who do you think will die? Who are you more scared to lose?

Imho, I'm sad, but I think Nemo will be the one not returning...
Stryker would be too obvious, and it was used as an example of char "potentially going to die", so for the sake of originality I doubt will be killed. He is also Matt Willson favorite char.
Magnus has a too big fanbase (both in Cygnar and in Mercs), so I doubt they will kill him while people are screaming for Magnus 3 since years.
Nemo sadly is the most likely choice... Noone thought of him during this months, so it will be "a surprise". He is old, so it wouldn't have lasted forever anyway, and his death would be redundant with Sevy death on Menoth side. He also has already 3 iterations and a 4th is quite unlikely. He is also techy, so he is the most likely candidate for an "flee from the fallig ship, I'll remain here and try to make it fall outside Merwyn borders!" kind of finale...
As my avatar says, Nemo is my favorite char, so I'll be very sad if I'm right, but that's my bet.

While stryker and magnus survive to be foils to one another

Doing Stormbreak (at least in the session I played in) someone was playing Magnus and he fell off the ship as it began tilting to one side from engine failure. A plot twist token was used to have him McGuyver a parachute on the way down, and Hungerford said that "probably" meant he'd live through events in the official fiction. The other session had Lord Carver take over the ship's controls so sadly I don't think the fiction is going to 100% represent the events on the board But Magnus living should be considered likely.

During the Narrative event, only one of those characters fell off the airship.
GEE I WONDER WHICH ONE WILL DIE.

Or did the Nemo player also fall off the edge? I got a bit distracted and lost track of what happened to Nemo since he was so far down the table from me, I will admit.

Side note: of all the characters, Stryker’s narrative arc has ended. He’s moping about not being Leto’s favorite anymore. He’s done.
Haley is Haley, with the time-traveling plot armor. What’re you gonna do?
Nemo is seriously like 90. Even Severius knew when to get stabbed and die, because 90-year-olds, even with magic armor and spellcraft, can’t realistically go to war.
Finally, Magnus’ decades-long crusade to restore his nation has just come to fruition. He has been vindicated as a patriot instead of being reviled as a traitor. He’s in the midst of dealing with his advancing age and has uncertainty about whether his ruthlessness is the best way to serve his nation. He has myriad possibilities open to him.
So, logically, Magnus will die. : p

Unless I missed something, the recaps I heard mentioned only Magnus fell off. Everybody else who “died” can easily get the “just a flesh wound” treatment.

I was actually at the table at the time, the Magnus player used their Plot Twist token to make sure Magnus landed safely. Hungerford all but explicitly confirmed that Magnus would survive as a consequence.

Magnus will die/ be criticaly wounded. Then he will be saved by random bs (like haley) and he will evolve into the much demanded magnus 3.

The way I heard it (from multiple, separate sources), they used the plot twist to say that Magnus grabbed a parachute.
There's a world of difference between "grabbing a parachute" and "landing safely".

Sure, but Hungerford did make the "probably survives" comment, which is more of a guarantee than any other Cygnar character has

In Stormbreak part 3, Nemo is complaining of how old he feels, even with his armour to help him. That alone signals to me that he's running out of time in the setting.
(And a fine time for Darius2 to hit the engineering spotlight!)
