So aside from the known changes to themes that are coming up, with requisition points replacing the "Spend X points on Y models" setup, there is also a rumor that basically all themes will be losing extended deployment, advance move or +1 starting roll benefits. How do you see these changes affecting Crucible Guard? What do you think we will get as replacement abilities in Prima Materia and Magnum Opus?

Not sure how they'll tackle the issue, though I think they will come up with something streamlined. Prima Materia will definitely need something of substance, since Magnum Opus is straight up better with the requisition point system. List construction in Magnum Opus is as free as it can get, if the current allowed models stay the same. PP will have to come up with some real good boni to make up for the restrictiveness of PM.
As for speculative new Theme benefits:
Something along the lines of +1/+2 SPD for Warjacks first turn or Aggressive (free run/charge) for Warjacks would go a long way, though I'm not sure what their design philosophy on themes is at this point.

I think they are moving away from benefits that move you further up the board altogether, since WWFF is losing free runs w/SPD boost on their first turn. One thing I'd like to see for both themes is Toro and Vanguard Jacks gaining Alchemically Treated. Since the Toros used by CG are different from the merc ones (in fluff) it would help make them feel more like actual CG models instead of just merc inclusions. Maybe some benefits like Tactician or trenches/walls/clouds to help us move up safely. Giving Warjacks Arcane Precision would be a potentially huge boon for CG as well, since we rely heavily on ranged attacks.
