Vyre assault trooper. I'm relatively happy with how this guy is turning out so far, and I'm slowly getting more comfortable with working digitally.

played around with the assault trooper some more. I don't think I'll do anymore work on this one, though.

Trying to design a dawnguard warcaster. This one's my first time doing a piece 100% digitally. If you guys have any details you'd like to see added to her or have anything else you'd like me to draw, feel free to ask.

What software are you using? Do you have a drawing tablet or a pen-enabled android/apple tablet?

I don't see much digital art drawn in a "sketch" style. Have you ever watched Drawfee? It's a youtube show where artist draw funny stuff. They work digitally, I find it interesting to watch them. Plus the show is just really funny sometimes.

Plus the show is just really funny sometimes. I'm familiar with drawfee. The sketchy look isn't a stylistic choice, it's a result of this being an unfinished piece and my lack of experience with the wacom. I want to switch to a cleaner style once I'm more confident with the wacom.

The three flying shell-like figures in the first post bring to mind Krakenoctus of the current Monsterpocalypse. They'd make perfect units for my tentacled Protector!
Thanks for sharing!

Chain weapon Ret heavies... I like how you think! I originally envisioned the Thanatos as house Vyre's take on Aradus Soldiers - since their lore revolves around using questionable and experimental technology, it seemed appropriate they'd copy the skorne's beasts in some of their designs. The older designs for 'it had weapons that were almost 1 to 1 copies of the soldiers' claws, but I couldn't quite get it to look right, so I dropped it. I also tested out just straight up giving it Elara's scythe, but that's too obvious. I tried out a full blown cape as well, but the shortened shoulder cover fits a lot better. you can see one of the earlier doodles in the bottom right of this pic.
