This is probably re-treading old ground but I wanted to get people's opinion on possible pairings from my current collection:
HR1&2 Feora1 Thyra1 Kreoss1,2&3 Harbinger Vindictus
Is there a serviceable pairing in there or do I need to get a Reznik, Cyrenia or some other caster in my stable?

So some caveats to what I say: I am not a tournament player, and I have not yet played all these (specifically HR1&2). But wanted to throw my two cents in anyways.
With out knowing what exactly you have and so basing off my own collection, I would probably pair Kreoss3 with either Thyra or Feora1.
Kreoss3 takes double Vengers and Knights Exemplar, and drops into high-ARM, low-count armies. He does not want to see a large number of infantry, as you simply lack the attacks to chew through, especially if they are mobile enough to jam Vengers.
Conversely, Thyra/Feora work for high-count infantry spam, either by taking ambushing, vengeancing Daughters, or by feating to light everyone on fire.
That said, pretty much all of these are great, and any pairing should probably work. Maybe not Kreoss2, I like him but he's still overshadowed by Vinny.

I'll continue with the disclaimers — I am an intermediate level player that only attends local events.
I don't think you need to rush out and get more casters. The current state of themes places less emphasis on the specific caster running the list, and so you should be able to do just fine with what you have.
HR, and Harby to a lesser extent, have a wide enough range of lists they can play into that you could essentially make a 'serviceable' pairing by taking at least of them + any complimentary off list.
HR2 and Kreoss1 are also very strong but are more easily hard-countered at the list level — take a bit more care in choosing a partner for them.
Thyra has some good tools if you expect to be playing into some of the 'hot lists' right now. There are lots of huge bases running around which won't like strangehold, and she brings some of the only anti-tough and RFP in the faction.

Reznik1 is very hard to play. I have a blast every time, but I wouldn't call him competitive. I have not had a chance to play Reznik2.

One list in my pairings is always Thrya. I've played her since the beginning of MkIII and can safely say that she is either the best or second best caster in our stable. She can run anything and any theme. Reznik 2 might be a good pairing if you throw him in Creator's Might, where she plays infantry heavy and he plays warjack heavy. I've also been cooking up a Reznik 1 all light warjack list, and it's officially won more games than it's lost, so it feels viable, but without knowing what you have, I hazard to give any list advice.

Thank you. It's nothing new. Reznik and 2 Redeemers or 2 Repenters was a big thing when MkIII dropped. Reznik and Scourge has been a thing for that sweet 17" nonlinear threat. I just put it all together for fun and then the 2 Redeemers just happened to be able to shoot a Siege Animantarax off the table, so I decided to keep running with it.
That's a big part of list building, too, to stay on topic and to further answer the OP. Look at things that work in other lists and put them together in your own.

So I played a lot of tournaments recently and the strongest pairing in my opinion is HR1 in EI with Harby FM. Ofc there are still lists that you have to play uphill against but I think thats the case with every faction in the game right now. But the most effective way to be successful with PoM at tournaments is: practice, practice, practice! Especially with that pairing you want to play the attrition and when you want to play the attrition effective you need to be confident with your army. Most of the times you dont have that hail mary CK when your clock is at 1 min left, so you need to make the clock your win condition. And clock-management is sth you can only improve by a lot of practice, especially with Harbinger. For example I played around 40-60 games with my current pairing and I am still improving every game. But its worth it because there is nothing more annoying for your enemy than playing against a PoM-Player that knows what he is doing.
