Hey guys,
just a quick question regarding Rahn's feat:
Does the "all magic attack and damage rolls are boosted" part of the feat only work on spells, or does it also work on any other magic rolls, e.g. Narn's swords, SoS, Strike Force with CA, ect.?
Obviously the extra range only applies to spells, just the way it's worded makes it ambiguous to me if the second clause is restricted to spells as well.
Thanks in advance!

Magic Attacks are spells, not magical weapons. Rahns feat works on his own spellcasting and any magic ability in the army in his control range.

Magic Attacks are spells, not magical weapons. Rahns feat works on his own spellcasting and any magic ability in the army in his control range. But weapons with "damage type: magical" specifically do magic damage. And the feat says magic damage rolls are boosted.

It means magic attack rolls, and magic attack damage rolls; meaning, specifically attack and damage rolls from spells. Just trust us on this one. Or search the rules forum and find the answer there. Your call. Either way, I 100% guarantee that you will not get a different answer.

Ah, yes. There is this odd distinction between magic damage rolls and magical damage rolls and Rahn's feat specifies the former. Thanks for clarifying guys!

His feat specifies “magic attack damage rolls”, not “magical damage rolls.” Damage rolls from, say, a weapon with Damage Type: Magical are magical damage rolls. But they are not “magic attack damage rolls”, because they are not from a magic attack (a.k.a. “casting a spell.”)

On the one hand I'm sad, because a SotR list with Rahn, Sphinxes and double Strike Forces with CA sounds fun as heck, on the other hand I'm glad, asthere would probably be many opportunities for abuse.
