There was a general consensus that a lot of out stuff going into mark 3 had become garbage.
I remember when I stopped, feeling bad because I only considered a 3rd of my considerable collection viable. I was using Alten Ashley, Wrongeye and Snapjaw and Lanyssa Ryssil in all of my lists bar none.
Theme forces and CID in my eyes has fixed a lot of previously unusable stuff and now I'd say I use 95% of my collection in list building.
This makes me happy.
Is there any thing else in faction that you think needs tuning up or needs space created for it?

The wolfsworn theme and almost every model in it needs a CID cycle.
Druids (the unit) and mist riders need some work. The theme benefits for secret masters could use some more thought.
For beasts the rotterhorn and razor wing could both use a rethink.
Its a blessedly small list of things and if they never get touched I'll still be a happy blackclad.

I think the main think secret masters is waiting for is the Thornfall CID. There's some potential there if the pig infantry that aren't valkyries or razorbacks were up to par? Hard to know where the theme needs work until that happens.

Id agree with mr pizza. Basically the wolfsworn and druid themes consists or bad models, but the rest are mostly fine (or bat shit crazy good 😜)

Bat shit crazy is right. Iona is too good.
Slightly spicier options below:
Blood Pack used to be terrible, but now I'm struggling not to put them in every list. Arcing fire is so good.
Morv1 and some bloodpack are insane. Casters die to the bloodpack and the LOTF, so long as the opposing caster has had mortality put on it. Morv's feat also works on shooting. You can actually construct a really solid shooting list in circle now. Hurrah!

I don't even think the stuff in the wolfsworn theme is bad. I actually think wolves are pretty damn good with ambush and solid without it. The problem is that the theme just isn't good. As far as solos and support go, there is basically nothing except for an expensive solo who can't be free. Reeve hunters are lame, war wolves not counting toward free points is lame, skin walkers are a little below the curve. The death wolves being kinda shit in the theme is lame.

I have two sets of Woldstalkers from MkII Baldur's theme list. First Circle models I ever painted. I wouldn't mind a way to get them on the table again without feeling a bit suicidal...
But overall and without any real experience at competitive play, I'm wary of power creep and feel like we're in a pretty good place.

My involvment in Circle this time round is limited to Tharn and living beasts. So having had that CID Im pretty happy. But in acquiring the faction, and before Id narrowed my focus, I picked up some wolf sworn and druids, plus wold/stone stuff I cant really use post-themes.
I want that stuff to get better so I can unload those parts of my collection.

We, Circle, are in a very good spot but the portion of models used is still low.
Goats are fillers, if anything. Stalker, Ghetorix and Feral make SPD buffs dangerous and 9" threat goats want some attacker side SPD buffs to make the cut. Light are not ok, Scarsfell being the exception with some Gorax and Wild Argus for the animus. WoldWrath that suffers from Blessed based depression.
Bloodpack is the only thing in Devourer's that sees little to no use? All the rest is playable in some combination due to available buffs. Wolfsworn suffered from the initial, and dead wrong, opinion that Reeves were good... Eventually POW 8 proved not enough. They would be in play if Iona wasn't a one theme pony due to WoO. Druids... well, it's hard to see them in play. It's a bad cloud wall with no AD, low magic ability... etc... It needs filling out.
I'm using about the same % of models I did in MK2 (I played a lot of Morvahnna2 so I used WoO, Ravagers and Bloodtrackers) but I don't see a problem with that. I'm confident that CIDs are meant to put models in play and as long as they put more than they take off (by comparision) I'm cool with it.

Blood pack are certainly seeing more play now than when they did at the beginning of the mark. They're like 6 unboosted ravagores with certain casters.

Most lists I see of DH don't use them.
But hey, great!
