Fog of war on an 8'' bubble actually seems sort of better than on a 12'' bubble, sometimes, remember fog of war affects all models, an 8'' bubble makes it easier to just protect friendly with that. She's going to be able to give concealment to the caster and most of the support around it, which is pretty good in my book.

I think ultimately the package is going to be WGK with B3 and S0 and at least 1 fun carriage. I think that as pair 1 and then Irusk2 in AC. Gotta figure out the right package with that so that if you get Tharn you still have game....

Yeah B3 winterguard kommand is probably the list that will get the most out of Sorscha0. Boundless charge on the fun carriage is also bonkers.

Wow, it's been a while since I actually looked at the gun carriages rules. It looks like impact attacks benefit from silence of death, right? Boundless charge would be crazy with that. Too bad it can't get For the Motherland.

Silence of death str buff does nothing on the carriage but it does benefit from the important silence of death. Can’t get the +2 to hit from joe but line breaker on its own is pretty good. The fun carriage is clearly one of the best model in winterguard kommand in my book and it benefits a lot from boundless charge.

When MK3 hit tough was significantly altered by the fact that models that were knocked down lost it. But in both Immortals (innate theme benefit) and THarn (Tharn Shaman's Star Action) having no knockdown _WITH_ some recurssion, SOD's ability to bypasses tough and has RFP is a huge. Add in the fact that it is on a huge base, has innate speed of 7, line breaker rules, crushing weight (multiple impact attacks) and essentially you pose a great threat once shit gets sucked into the line of dirt cheap winterguards. Moreover, with "no sleeping on the job" SHE adds in the tough mechanic....and if you want to have fun you can hot swap SOD onto Bear's strength WG for the respectable POW 14 ;-) Add in that with Energize and BC you have the stacking ability to get an alpha in against a fair amount of stuff (For example, the bastardly Supreme Guardians only threaten 10 and your mauraders (cause you BROUGHT three or four did you not?) threaten 12.

auraco, I like your list. I’ve never felt like I had enough rockets if I was bringing less than 6, and I feel a bit naked with only one unit. Needing go free up 8 points for Sorscha and the Adjunct kinda funks up my traditional builds - and TBH I haven’t played WGC much since Armored Corp drooped. So, this is what I’m thinking. It brings: - 6 rocket with both base units for a mix of sprays/armor cracking guns, and long range infantry clearing. - 3 flag scoring solos. 3 zone scoring units. 3 zone scoring jacks. Plus the GC. (This theme always feels like it has enough points). It feels like adding +2” w/ Boundless Charge so you can send the Marauder 12” downtown, fully loaded just solves a lot of problems. So does having the Adjunct, especially with the Gun Carraige. Did you say you had a problem with Magic Weapons? What problem. I am delighted to put A&H back on the shelf as they always felt like an expensive crutch. I think the only thing I would change is the load out of jacks. I REALLY want a Marauder (or 2) in there. What Butcher3 doesn't like seeing is the huge bases he can't pull. Our 11 points of goodness helps in that respect. I will wipe something up shortly.....

So would I but I couldn't figure out a way to squeze things in. Maybe your list building skills better. I definately want the Marauders in there - so many huge bases, so little time ;-)
