So a local Khador player is doubling down on all things ridiculous Khador can do. This means, among other things, lists that routinely run 7~ of their very durable jacks. Which can be a bit troubling, to say the least. It's a helluva lot to chew through, especially when it's backed up by a couple of units of infantry.
So basically, what're other people taking to go into this matchup? I generally like shooting stuff, but is the answer just switching to Stryker 2 or 3? Or something else entirely? What do you guys like?

Haley2 still has plenty of game into jacks. Just control them, and then destroy some each turn. You can attrition your opponent by spreading out the fight. Bring Thorn to kill contexes and pass out some disruption.
Maddox+Lances could put some hurting into them. Brickhouse can lock down a couple of Khador jacks.
If you like shooty stuff, pick up Sloan, and just cripple a bunch of jacks each turn, then feat and wipe them out.
Aside from that, it kind of depends on what casters your opponent is bringing.

The current flavor my buddy is bringing is Harkevitch with a cloud wall. Not that I want to tech specifically against him, but it is what I'll fighting the most.

A well constructed Sloan list will give Harkevitch pause. The ranged threat she can leverage makes it impossible for Hark to play forward as he always has to respect the assassination. This will make it very difficult for him to stay relevant on scenario especially in split scenarios.
You'll also have the benefit of ignoring the cloudwall so that you're always doing damage each turn.

I find the opposite, kara has very little way to threaten harkevich because his stat's are so high on demand. I would recommend Jakes 1, nemo 1 or Haley 2. Primarily you want lists with multiple powerful heavies. The Hammersmith is our most powerful hitter to points ratio. It does at least the same damage that a stormclad does to a Khador heavy for 12 points.

By Jakes 1 you mean the junior, or Jakes 2 the full caster?

I am going to spout some heresy here and say that maybe Caine 1 with Double Gun Mages and marshalled Cyclones would be ok, why bother killing them when you can just thunderbolt them away constantly!
True you could not do it to the 1 or 2 clam jacks they have, but if you can isolate them and force them to attack, they then become easier pickings. I am considering something like this
Caine 1 (Sons of the Tempest) - Ace - Defender - Hunter
GMCA GMCA Marksman (free) Marksman (free)
Gun Mages - UA - Cyclone Gun Mages - UA - Cyclone
edit, actually on second thoughts if they have a couple of clams you are screwed, as they can just sit them behind their other jacks and stop the pushes

What casters does he run them under? Harkevich and Karchev I'm guessing? Does he have a preference for what infantry he runs? Themes? We have some great cheap jacks in Khador now (I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see the Marauder go up in price at some point - sad, but not surprised), but they can still be disrupted.

Those are the two, yeah. Between the lists he runs a lot of jacks, but Kodiaks and Marauders are big ones at the moment. Particularly Kodiaks with Harkevich.

(I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see the Marauder go up in price at some point - sad, but not surprised) That would be silly but very likely. I see a whole lot of cid tests saying "Don't do this" and then PP does it anyway, and then everybody moves up to Jugger Spam, and then thats Errataed as well, and then to Devastator Spam, and then thats Errataed as well.

Haley2 can still demolish a great number of heavies. Between TK/TA for bigger threat range, distruption from thorn and domination you can make most of their stuff irrelevant to the fight. Then you destroy some of them on feat turn, do the same again next turn and they probably don't have enough stuff left for retaliation. just remeber to bring some rather durable heavy hitters.
