Would a "Rasheth the Hutt" model have too many copyright issues?
Speaking of him, a "Biggest Loser" Rasheth would be... amusing.

I think it might be nice to experiment with different styles — maybe mix in a few chibi style models as well instead of most being pinups.

Chibi Rasheth would be incredibly amusing, Chibi Naaresh would be hilarious.

Chibi isn't a broad taste, but then again so are many of the sculpts already in production.
They seem to like wordplay and mercenaries/minions, so perhaps a Raggedy Man sculpt. A vagrant and 'ner do well version.
After all, it's not like murder hobos are an unheard of phenomenon in the fantasy genre.

The problem with "chibi" is that the visual style is so different that it doesn't look good sitting next to other PP models. Something like Santa Butcher might be THEMATICALLY different from PP's normal range so it might look a bit funny leading a Khador army, but a regular Butcher in Chibi style would look much more jarring because the VISUAL style would be different.

To be honest... given the amount of emphasis that a large proportion of the player base puts on the aesthetic aspects of the game, I don't think a Khador army led by a chibi Butcher that at least fits in thematically with the rest of the army would look any worse or more jarring than the average grey/silver horde. I know they have done some chibi stuff before in 2D with their collector pins so I think it would be interesting to see them take that aesthetic and transition it into 3D. Besides, they will eventually run out of puns and pin-up ideas.

True, but I wonder if those players are buying minicrates? People who don't care about how models look probably aren't, and people who do probably wouldn't like the idea of that kind of stylistic mismatch? I'm just projecting here of course; I don't know about everyone else, I can only say that personally I find the idea of that visual style mismatch off-putting. You make a good point about the pins though. I think you're right in that there could be a market for chibi versions of PP's IP, but it should probably be separate from minicrate. Perhaps they could do something like Malifaux's Puppet War (or whatever it was called)? A small-scale "spin-off" game sort of thing, using chibi versions of PP characters? Something simpler and more casual.

Eiryss1 rather than 2 would have been nice - the mage Hunter is showing her age.
Storm blade captain would be nice, though...or Sloan, for that matter.

We need a “Most Interesting Elf in the World” version of Garryth. The face is perfect, but I have no idea how you could pull that off on the model.

One where you can have multiple substitute dancers would be awesome as hell, one each for a few scenarios. Grymkin- Cage Dancer?
