So for a while I’ve been boarder line obsessed with the “lesser” kingdoms of the Iron Kingdoms. I love Rhul, Llaelese, Ordic and Ios histories and back ground. Having purchased all the no quarter primes, and having the basic Iron Kingdoms RPG manual, I’ve become somewhat curious as of late though in regards to King Baird. Does anyone know where I can get more info about him? And is PP good about sending random lore facts to me if I ask? Was thinking of sending them an email just to learn more about them!
Also on another note, I’ve heard that an heiress to the Llaelese throne was found in the Lore? If so does anyone know where, and how someone might purchase said lore if needs be?

So... you might get some decent results here, but I see now that I was totally unclear. That's my bad. What I actually meant was the IKRPG subforum on the Privateer Press Forums. They're still pretty active even after the forums imploded, and devs/writers will even occasionally chime in on stuff.
In the meantime, I'll see how much info Kings, Nations, and Gods has and get back to you.

She showed up in the Acts of War: Flashpoint and Acts of War: Aftershock digital novels by Aeryn Rudel.
I don't know if they're still available digitally, or available again digitally, or what, as the Skull Island Expeditions thing ran aground late last year/earlier this year. It's coming back (as of Word of God in June 2018), just no word yet on when.
Basically, she's a 20-something girl who was the last living heir of king who-gives-a-crap, the crappy philandering king of the sad little nation of Llael, which is much better off under Khador anyway. Cygnar just used them as a buffer (buffet? ha!) against Khador and half-assed the defense of the country through crappy politics. At least Llael has a fair place in Khador and no one in the empire is BS-ing the populace about their status.
So... there.

Bonus reply:
The real "acts of war" in those two books are committed against proper spelling and grammar!
Heyoooo!

Good news, KNG has a buttload of stuff about Baird in the Ord chapter.

Five Fingers: Port of Deceit is an excellent module, and will give you much more detail about Baird. It was designed for the d20 system, but was outlined in the style and flavor of the old WoD By Night modules. Story, ambiance, tone, and character are well explored. Coupled with the Nations and Gods sourcebook, you should have all you need. Converting material is relatively straight forward.
In fact, Port of Deceit speaks specifically the rumored Llaelese heiress. When I get home, I'll see if I can find a page citation for you.

In fact, Port of Deceit speaks specifically the rumored Llaelese heiress. When I get home, I'll see if I can find a page citation for you. She’s definitely not a rumor; her name is “Katelyn di la plot device” or something like that, and she’s basically arm candy for Orange Julius, the current king of Cygnar. She has something like five lines combined in both books, from what I remember, and they basically boil down to “Look at me, I am a strong female character! Here I am, being strong, but also a woman! Uh, go Llael, yay!” I’m pretty sure I remember one of the evil Khadoran secret agents assigned to chase her down actually twirled his villainous mustache while monologuing while trying to capture her, because, sure, Khador is on par with Cobra in terms of effective villainy whenever the story is centered around Cygnar. Man, why am I so cranky tonight? Geez. Maybe it is the memory of the SIXTEEN THOUSAND EGREGIOUS TYPOS in each book that is coming back to haunt me. Burn!

All right, all right, I shouldn’t be so hard on Aeryn Rudel. He’s a nice guy. This is the Internet, and it’s easy to say mean things via text that you wouldn’t normally say in person.
He just... needs a spell-checker, that’s all.

I don't read the novels, so her development into a confirmed character is new to me. As of Five Fingers, she was only a rumor.
Also, I think the fictional narrative is running ahead of the IKRPG material. NQ releases are likely meant to augment that.

Kudos on trying to find out more about Baird, I seriously love the guy. As for info about him: I think the KNG should have you covered? They have a whole chapter about his reign and the conflicts he faces.
