So, Deceptively Mobile, now on the Stormraptor, says, “This model can move outside its Normal Movement as a result of Deceptively Mobile.” Does that mean the Stormraptor can benefit from Admonition, Warpath, etc.? That would be really cool! With the Flying High benefit, it would go a long way to keeping it safe.

No, "This model can move outside its Normal Movement //as a result of Deceptively Mobile//.” Emphasis mine.

It's basically just saying that the model can make the 3" move allowed by Deceptively Mobile and it can move outside of its normal movement only for the purpose of this ability. I'll admit I was a little excited/confused by the wording of this rule. It seemed odd that the rule would reference itself by name when I was reading it as allowing the model to move outside its normal movement generally, but as its already been pointed out that's not what the rule does. Simply just a repo 3 for the gargantuan (would that the bird could benefit from Admo, Warpath, or Una's sprint).
