I'm going to test Shire first time on Thursday, but like to get some advice how to use it? List is going to be Thrya and small-base exemplar spam. - Best place to deploy it, so it covers most army but is not at the way? Should I try to go second to get it closer to center? - Should I use it primary to get knights back to fight and use souls to boost only if boosting is really mandatory? - In what conditions is it worth to kill your own models (for example choir) to get both boost and revive?

I always pretty much use it as a regen bot. Souls exclusively for getting dudes back.
Because it can always aim it almost never needs to boost to hit, and its an infantry killer so it doesn't really need to boost damage either.

Do you reload often? It reloads pretty often early game. You’ll probably look at other miracles as the game goes on. You’ll want it where it can impact the bulk of your force, and reasonably project a threat. During CID, I found HoS to be EXTREMELY important to making it work because he can ensure it gets souls despite counterplay out there, and souls are vital to the Shrine’s value. Youll also wqnt a solid number of troops for souls and recursion. Also consider bringing some multi-wounds for value v

With Exemplar Interdiction's +2" DZ bonus you cen set it up to contest in most scenarios (all, if you go second), sometimes multiple elements at once. I advise to always deploy it in a contesting position for additional pressure. Such a durable model isn't particularly easy to eliminate from a distance and if it contests your opponent can't ignore it.

Thank you for all advice.
I think fitting HoS is really hard, cos it costs so much and don't count towards free points. Ensured soul collecting (if it stays how it was) is good ability especially against cryx (and if there is BI on list pair exemplars are good option), but 7p is nearly unit on exemplars.

Just my tuppence but its neither durable nor good for contesting unless you're facing an army of power 10's. Being on a massive base means its always in LOS and its not as tough as a heavy. Every time I've deployed it to contest forward I've lost it by turn 3. I now play a little more conservatively, so long as its collecting souls, has targets for its gun and can put models back into useful positions then it needs to be no further forward than that.

So what do you think is optimal spot? 2" behind central zone, so gun can shoot to other side? Or even more behind?

I think a lot depends on where terrain is and what you are wanting the list to do. I think in the same way as "incite is a trap" going for full deployment forward with the Shrine is also a trap. I have been deploying it mid AD zone normally, just ready to support the exemplars around it and shoot out solos etc. Equally though if there is a building in the middle you can use that for cover its jsut woods/clouds in the middle are really easy wasy to lose the Shrine to pathfinder charges.

I never want to see one with Harby, I can think of few things more obnoxious then finally killing something, only for it to come back again.

Shrine under Harby with Cinerators, Bastions, the Seneshal, and a Vessel would probably be gross. It's like an immortal army
