I was lucky enough to position 3 of his 1" reach light warbeasts behind a wall ready to come barrelling over the wall into my face to cause issues next turn. I ran a couple of gorehounds to the wall and within reach of them. What that meant was that as they were 1 1/2" behind the wall the lights couldn't walk over the wall to engage and hit my gorehounds and they couldn't walk around because they would be leaving melee and take the dragging free strike. He tried it anyway and I got lucky on some 8's and he was 3 activations down for a net gain of 0". It locked down the units behind them and the heavy that couldn't charge to the correct range for my heavies behind them. I had a fully loaded skin and moans waltz in and eat three lights while tanking a heavy charge over the wall. He then tried a spell assassination and I ruined it which removed the rock wall. Same skin and moans took another heavy and healed up before chewing up half a unit of tharn.
I like it when his plans fall apart. All he had to do was let the rock wall drop or cast it again elsewhere and his lights walk forward and take two gorehounds. I guess he wanted to keep the wall there for his heavies to hide behind.
