Heyho guys first off all thank you all for your help and suggestions, finally I thought about something like that: conflictchamber.com/#c6201b_-0J82c59r9v3W8R9u708iixcaMercenary Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] The Irregulars (Montador 1) Captain Bartolo Montador [+26] - Galleon [39] - Rover [15] - Sylys Wyshnalyrr, The Seeker [0(4)] Eiryss, Mage Hunter of Ios [0(7)] First Mate Hawk [0(4)] Ragman [4] Captain Sam MacHorne & the Devil Dogs (max) [18] - Buccaneer [6] Press Gangers (max) [12] The Commodore Cannon & Crew [7] The only thing I am not sure about are Sam and her Devildogs. It's not completely privateer but if I want to play a little competitive I have to do so But I think I will be a dead man facing cryx with that Also I see I have to invest a little bit. So what do you think would be possible to pair with it? Or what do I lack? What could I make better on that Bart list? Or should I wait for the privateer CID? Greetings

u don need a cannon when u have 5 prefectly capable warjacks to slam. ur biggest force multipier is batten so use it to multiply ur force and bring a big bg.
crosse can provide kd for the freebooters or drag with his buc. eliminators are scenario bosses. orin wards off blinding light and zaps mans. the rest is support

To shoe's point, Bart doesn't really do anything for his infantry, so you want to limit how much you need to rely on them. In this particular case, you have 30 points wrapped up in units that the warcaster and the theme are not doing anything to support.
That being said, if you are ok with being sub optimal, that is totally fine. I would not invest in any pirate models until the CID unless you will want to play them regardless of how good they are. If you want to play pirates because you love the models/want to play pirates, buy them now off bartertown or ebay or something. You can probably get a few great deals before the buff sets in.

One of the nice things about Bart's feat is that you do not need to catch the enemy in his common or garden 12" control. He only needs to project it a few inches beyond his front warjacks and anything coming in will either be knocked down, or if it is steady still suffer -2 to attack rolls. Yes they can stay outside of it and shoot you, but with Batten you should be able to weather the storm pretty well.

Here's my Bart list, been having some good results with this recently.
Bart Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Nomad - 11 Horgenhold artillery corps - 6 Horgenhold artillery corps - 6 Commodore cannon - 7 Kayazy Eliminators - 5 Eiryss1 - free Kell - free Altan Ashley - free Lanyssa ryssyll - free
I'd drop this into most hordes with the exception of Grymkin, and a few warmachine factions as well

Here's my Bart list, been having some good results with this recently. Bart Nomad - lots... That'll be fun once the Toro comes out. 50/50 mix of Toros and Nomads.
