I would like to see 3x max bane knights 2x WE, whatever jacks (desecrator and reaper?), free tartarus and... 2 free machine wraiths?
30 arm 22 models with prowl, 12" threat and hitting with p+s 16 on the charge with draconic blessing (can be boosted to 18 if the WE is near)... or the WE itself can hit at p+s 19
Wont probably hit high defense models though, but I would like to see how this list plays.

Thanks. Yeah, she looks like a ball-buster. Possibly the strongest caster in the faction at first glance - can run every theme well by the looks of it. -und_ed It looks like she got some buffs as well. Cannons are now Pow 14 (they were pow 13 before right?) Her bash attack now benefits from the Strength buff. Overall she seems kind of gross. But I guess time will tell. 26 boxes seems like a change though? wasn't she 28 at the end of the CID The cannons were POW 14 all through CiD Second week they dropped her from 29 (I think?) boxes to 26, so no change from there. I was hoping for guided fire to be exchanged for Broadside (it's a power downgrade, but it's such a wasted opportunity for the caster on an actual ship not to have the spell "broadside"). -und_ed

I plan on running her in Slaughter fleet with a couple units of Bloodgorgers and a unit of Drudges, with jacks to fill out the rest. The drudges can reinforce themselves or with her help, the bloodgorgers jam and become a pain to play around (especially with Gerlak and the new attachment), and the Jacks will always have a target for Gang Fighter.
Good? Highly doubtful. Fun? I think so.

So many ways to run her.
She could be awesome with a pair of Leviathans and some melee jacks in Black Industries. ARM 23 slayers vs shooting is actually unfair.
Satyxis are obviously a great theme for her with Draconic blessing pushing up the girlies' damage output and the defensive spell actually making blood witches resilient to blast damage. Probably run a Kraken in this one, and reinforcing quality troops like Satyxis is golden.
Banes are probably her strongest theme, but the least fun imo. Still, ARM 22 banes are a thing, and the damage output she can get out of them is going to be crazy.
Slaughter fleet I'd probably play mostly warjacks - gimme a kraken and a pair of Leviathans, maybe a couple of stalkers, and abuse the hell out of gang fighter with a backup unit of bloodgorgers.
I honestly think you'd have to go out of your way to make a bad list with her. I mean, I'm sure it can be done, but it's easier to make a good list for her than a crappy one.

I’ve got her on order, but I’m not yet certain what theme force I’ll want to run her in. First, I have to figure out how I’m going to paint her!

Out of curiosity tarviche, what were you expecting? Hmm, I guess something a bit spookier, less concrete, less plain, more complex and creatively designed--I was hoping for something like the Mortis Engine, but more naval. See below--the verticality, the more complex geometry, the more integrated ghostly creatures/components. It looks otherworldly and unsettling. Skarre 3, by contrast, looks like a cutaway section of a regular ship you'd find at a museum, stuck on top of some soul bits. The souls/crew/ship really do look kind of patched together, like a conversion, to me. Love the rules, though, so I might try to bash these two models together to make something more to my liking, and just put a dashing female skeleton pirate at the wheel.
Latest PP insider email newsletter has an image of Skarr3 rotating, and the ship is a lot more destroyed than shown in the original picture. The hull has been ripped to shreds from the back & bottom, with ghosts poking through. The hold is basically full of ghosts.
Looks much more in the spirit of the above image.
