So far I have really enjoyed Caine3. His assassination run is really powerful being able to ignore forests, clouds, stealth and other models is great. I was surprised how much I got out of Flicker and ended up casting it in the majority of my turns. Ryan and Watts can be hard to keep alive but are often not needed to be anywhere near the action until feat turn so I think with a bit more practice it will be less of an issue. I like Stormwall with him as when magical weapons are needed Arlan can get more work done by giving them to a jack with as many shots as possible. Cyclones are great on feat turn and having 4 covering fires in the army can be excellent for infantry spam. Ace is another magic gun and shadow fire which is awesome, ignoring stealth without needing mage sight is also good in some games. Minuete Man i am not sure about, his guns are brutal on feat turn but i took him mostly with the thought that he can jump and throw but i have yet to do so after 5 games. Arcane shield gets put on Caine if there are aoes flying around otherwise it belongs on the SW.
This list is a blast to play normally looking at assassination as a primary win condition and attrition as a second. I am thinking about what I pair it with now. Possibly Stryker2 or Haley2 in Storm Division? any suggestions?
