Hi,
is it possible to run infantry heavy Grimkin even in a pair, meaning both lists are infantry heavy and refuse to use a lot of beasts? Which warlocks to choose then? Which units?
every help and advice is highly appreciated!

I have used the heretic with more troops.
I want a 2nd unit of hollowmen just for him, 2 dread rot units are nice as well.
The old witch helps our troops hit as well and helps them move up the board safely.

My Heretic list has 50+ models. Grymkin have no problems running infantry. The biggest enemy is the clock.

I haven't painted up my Old Witch yet, but I've run all the other casters except for the Child infantry-heavy, and they're very viable. Here's a quick breakdown of my experience:
Heretic - Obviously runs infantry really well. Wall of fire allows for excellent board control, letting you cheat trades nicely, and with Fury you can crack damned near anything. I really enjoyed a double-piggyback build with him, since the threat of POW 20 piggybacks is freaking terrifying.
Dreamer - Surprisingly solid in Bump. She makes much better use of phantasms in Bump, particularly enjoying the small-based phantasm combined with hollowmen. Lots of infantry and her high CMD value lets her make great use out of the Shadow Arcana, and apparition is a godsend to both piggybacks and dread rots. Artifice of Deviation also really helps deliver dread rots, something most casters struggle to do.
Wanderer - Veil of mists is just fantastic, both as a pathfinder-enabler and as a delivery mechanism. The low native DEF of Grymkin infantry means you don't get fantastic work out of Star-crossed, but it's still worthwhile a lot of the time. Fog of war is obviously great for each and every model that benefits from it, which is a plus. Lacking a damage enhancer on his card (the only Grymkin caster that does) he really appreciates taking dread rots as a second wave.
King of Nothing - Fast becoming my favourite caster. The stupid shenanigans he can pull with ambushed murder crows is sickening. Enough damage swing that I could kill a Menoth heavy under Durst's feat, and silly shenanigans with crabbits and Kingdom of Silence lets me teleport to safety afterwards. This is the one defier with whom I leave the death knell at home, for reasons that should be obvious.
Child is obviously a pure beast caster, so don't bother.

The tricky part is realising you're never going to cover both full units of piggies in the Warmth of the Grave aura while still getting useful work out of them, so picking which one to protect fully is a big tactical choice to make in this style of list. This was the list I ran with, took a small steamroller only using this list: Heretic (Bump) Cage Rager Crabbit Crabbit Cage Rager Gorehound Gorehound Death Knell Max Piggies Max Piggies Full Hollowmen + Lantern Twilight Sisters Glimmer Imp Glimmer Imp (Free) Witchwood (Free) Longfellow (Free) The list lives and dies on positioning of the piggybacks, so make sure each unit cannot be hit by a full charge. I recommend an hourglass formation once you're receiving charges. -und_ed
