OH MY GOD I LOVE THAT SO MUCH! The transition of colours is beautiful! I'm going to have to steal that someday!
One tiny suggestion would be to throw a gloss coat over the crystals. I think crystals look a bit better glossy, but also it would help them stand out a touch from Sorscha. You know, if you want them to stand out a bit. Which you might not.

Very nice work on Alten, I like your choice of colours. I think I would have put an axe in S0's hand instead of the blunderbuss since she already has a pistol holstered on her hip, but nevertheless she looks great. I like the idea for Cylena-1 and the turbine fits perfectly, but the hat is a bit large and the red colourscheme doesn't quite work with her grey skin (although I don't think there's much you could have done about that). Anyway, nice work all round, I'm especially impressed by how well you've painted their faces!

I considered putting the axe in her off-hand and/or removing the holster, but decided my green-stuff skills weren't up to either challenge. But I could easily have put the axe in her left hand and maybe found a holstered blunderbuss. Oh well, it's mostly a for-fun piece.

Your painting is great, not sure if I'd have had Sorcha0 show that much skin though; even if that's how it's modeled, it just looks unpleasantly drafty. Granted, she's the Ice Queen, so probably not feeling as bad about that as mere mortals might.

Paining is awesome, static grass and tufts look great. Seems like S0 could use a spot of armor somewhere, though. Maybe this is before she even got issued any.

I've had these minis since 2015, when I first got into Warmachine with the 2015 Khador All-in-One box. They got white primer and a blue ink at the time and then got to play in a lot of games. Then MkIII showed up, and they were warming my shelf. Since they are very nice looking minis, I decided to finally give them a good paint job. I started off with Black -> White directional highlighting, followed by many coats of very thin glazes.

I was originally planning on spending a good amount of time on these models, but the first pass of glazes and paints over directional highlighting looked sufficiently good that I just kind of finished up the details and called them done.My favorite part is the "witcher" hair on the running one.

They look great. I like the dark colours, it gives them a bit of a "gritty realistic" feel. The hair is amazing, on both. I've had difficulty with blonde hair in the past, can you share your recipe?

I mostly use Reaper paints, so all colors referenced below are from Reaper.
For a more realistic but light blond, I like to use the Blond Triad. For a less realistic but more vibrant blond (like I did here), I use a mix of Oiled Leather and Sun Yellow. This gives an unrealistic yellow color, but it looks okay on models. I then lightly wash with GW Agrax Earthshade, then highlight with Blond or Blond Highlight. I didn't do it on this mini, but I usually do one extra round of pure white highlights where the light would catch.

It's a nice colour scheme, though the skin is looking a bit flat. I really like what you did with the blood. I think the decapitated head might have benefited from being a different colour; the brown blends in too much with the armour. Having said that, I don't know what other colour would have looked natural for a boar head.
