Nice work. I do have a few comments.
I think you used too much green on Eilish. Green base, green rim, green clothes, green book, AND green magic glow? Perhaps if it was a transition, so everything got lighter as you went higher, then maybe, but... I dunno, it doesn't look bad or anything, it's just that the details and surfaces don't stand out.
It's not clear if the orange on the bonechicken is rust or OSL? I assume rust, but I don't think the way it's distributed looks right for rust. Hugging the same side of every surface suggest OSL, but you can't see what's casting it.

I really like the Manhunters!
I agree with Soulsamurai about Eilish, in particular the cloth on the lower half of the body blends in with the base (and when I enlarged the pic, it looks like some flock might have made it onto the robes too, so the base is blending into the cloth too). I think that might be a particular problem from across the table - we don't want it to look like Eilish's disembodied torso is flying around (or do we?). Another colour (possibly a darker or more neutral one) on the robes would probably make the mini stand out more, and make the other green elements pop.
For the Bonejack, I like some of the rust. You have small patches of rust, for example on the main armour cowling just above the head. Those look great in orange. But the large rust patches really stand out and don't look that much like rust to me. I think it's because they are so vibrant and so large. In fact the orange down to yellow almost looks like fire (which I assume isn't the intention). But I really like the fade down to brown on the large plates - it's a nicely subdued and battleworn look.

I agree with you both about Eilish - but by the time I realized he had too much green on him, I didn't want to repaint. Then I just decided to double-down on the green for the base, maybe a mistake. I don't have much green in my Khador/Legion armies, so I decided to go that direction so he'd stand out. I think hanging out in a giant pile of red will help to offset some of his individual failings.
Cleaning up the problems with the orange rust shouldn't be too hard for my next attempt - I'll just use less orange. I also think it's not quite so vibrant in real life.
Thanks for the comments.

That's very nice! The detail on the face is fantastic- I wish I could do half as well as that on my own models, haha.

Nice, I like the highlighting on the cloak. At the risk of sounding like a stuck record: there's so much gold/brass on the figure that I might have picked a colour other than yellow for the hair, to help it stand out and possibly act as a focal point. Silver-blonde or red maybe?

Looks good. Were you going for a different shade and couldn't manage it? What stopped you?

I started with red ink over white on both the base and the model, but somewhere during adding shading and highlights it lost that vibrancy. The base was done after the model, and came out almost exactly like I wanted (except that it doesn't match the red on the model super-well), but I wasn't about to go back and try muck with the finished model.

I painted up my War Doge as a fun, quick little project.
