I've tried Kromac1 in Bones few times and I really like him there. Both Woldwyrds and Sentry Stones are great to trigger Warpath, Ghetorix allows you to use Wild Agression in a theme with no living beasts, Inviolable Resolve is sweet on both Guardian and Megalith and Bestial just ruins your opponent's day sometimes. After some games I came to a conclusion Druid Wilder is an auto include for Kromac1 as he has a lot of upkeeps he relies on and he wants to cast Bestial every turn + camp something to be safe. Another thing to the list is I'd prefer to have a shield guard that I can keep close to Kromac. I know there are two Guardians but I'm talking something like a Wold Wight or Valkiries that is fine just hanging around warlock doing nothing but protecting him. Last thing I'd change in the list myself is I'd add a second unit Shifting Stones - they allow for some shenanigans like porting the Guardian over a house and warpath it somewhere. They are great fury management and they can keep Kromac safe if you decide to go beast-mode and kill something that allows you to stay within stones (or form a new triangle).

I was just gonna ‘correct’ I regarding Warpath after using Shifting stones, but just realised it’s “cannot use normal movement”, not cannot advance after being placed. It’s tricks like this that make Kromac1 -not only my 1st- but my fav warlock. 11” non-linear movement, out of activation and a slap to the face of the unsuspecting opponents

What were your thoughts on your lists after playing them at the wtc?
I am still trying to nail down a battl3 group for bradigus Is it 2guardians, warden, 3 watchers, 2 wights with 2 black clads or 4watchers, 1wight, and one black clad?
How was playing Krueger without a mist speaker? The only matchup I actually want the mist speaker is Haley 3. Other than her I can manage without it easily an extra set of stones and a chef for capping flags has been super nice.

I don't know if I saw correctly. Did you guys get 2nd at WTC? If so congratulations. Yes, we did. We were facing Australia in the finals, I played with Aaron Wale. oncouch1 sorry for late response, I wasn't here for a while. I think I wouldn't change a thing in my pairing and lists, I'm really happy with them. I went 5:1 and lost only to JVM due to brain fart (I had to contest his zone and kill a single Chosen but I've killed the Chosen with the only model that could contest his zone - a Woldwyrd. Instead I could do it with Krueger and run Wyrd... well xD we were already 3:0 so it didn't matter). Regarding Mist Speaker vs Gallows Grove both are good options and I can't tell you which one is better because it varies on the meta. If I see many Legion I want GG, If I see Cygnar/Cryx I would like to have a Mist Speaker and if you're going for to a big event that you cannot predict the meta you just flip a coin.

Hi Thomasz! I really enjoy your content and your relaxed yet clever analysis of game states Your newer Bones lists do not have a Fulcrum. I am starting to tab into Bones and I really do not want the fulcrum if I can avoid it (money reasons!). Whats your ational about putting it in lists (I guess most prominent Warlocks are Wurmwood Krueger 2 and Bradigus right now) and when not to? Do you think it is generally possible to make solid Bones lists without the Fulcrum, or just depending on the meta right now?

Do you think it is generally possible to make solid Bones lists without the Fulcrum, or just depending on the meta right now? Hi! Thanks for you kind words and I'm really sorry it took me so long to respond, I wasn't checking the forum for a while. I think you can comfortably get away without the Fulcrum in your list. While it's very powerful with Krueger2 it can easily be replaced. Whether or not it's worth to put one in a list depends on the meta and your pairing. When I paired Krueger2 with Wurmwood (both in Bones) for example I didn't put Fulcrum in any list because I needed Krueger2 to cover Grymkins where it's not as effective and I wanted to have some extra punch so I've replaed it with a heavy. In this pairing Wurmwood with triple Woldwyrds was serving me as a gunline (and PT drop) and Krueger2 was more melee oriented. If you go w/o a Fulcrum in your Bones list you might want to try and squeeze in two units of shifting stones for some extra fury management. BTW. we've recorded a podcast about recent convention in Europe (Oslo, Norway), here are the links:
