It's in the feast of the fallen prize support, I believe. At least, we just started that league and my organizer gave me the three new command cards along with the bounty and harvest cards.

I really hope they don't make things like this Only available during special event. its stops the casual player from being able to take advantage of the something that should be easily printable, or included in a purchasable pack.
I used to play WizKids games and it turned into a race of who got best limited edition models. After that I quit anything that required blind purchases and ebay hunting.

Join the FB group and download it free? I did, but shouldn't everything be available from the PP website directly.

Speaking of which, are the battleplan cards available digitally? I bought a physical deck, but it would be nice to be able to print out a second to play with friends. Actually, I probably missed that in the rules, but do both players draw cards from the same deck or does each have his own deck?

PP has said you can play either way, but the intended way is both players share a single deck.

I just realized that if there was a deck building aspect to Company of Iron I'd have to quit Warmachine to play this.

Another option: since CoI is intended to be more casual, just agree not to use any commander cards that both players don't have. If your opponent makes a fuss, you probably didn't miss out on a fun game anyway.

Sorry, what I mean is if there were constructed decks rather than a set deck in Company of Iron I'd spend my time and money building decks instead of Warmachine lists.

My favorite list so far:
Bloodweaver Nightwitch - mission specialist Woldwatcher Ravager Shaman Bloodweavers
Hand size: 4
Nightwitch: commander because enanched cmd for spreading killing spree far away. With lowish model count +1 to priority roll is super usefull.
Woldwatcher: good gun, decend beater, excellent roadblock and charge lane blocker. Super difficult to take down.
Shaman: no kd and chain lightning are both super usefull in CoI, watcher is an excellent lightning rod.
Weavers: spd 7 killing-spreeing grevious wounds troopers. Just strongs.
I'm unsure about Ravagers viability, I have the warroom deck and heart heater still trigger on destroyed (same for fertilizer). While killing spree, berserk, sprint... trigger on injured/destroyed.
