I am unimpressed with the troll one, does anyone like theirs?

Im all over the paladin champion. Just love the model, and he'll be a damned brick. Two melee attacks is also handy, and no - Req Cost!

Both gravus and the champion seem pretty darn excellent for their cost.
Morraig is...interesting. Hes squishy but he is also only 4 points. Cleave, flank, and vet leader has a lot of potential.
Horthol is in a rough spot because he looses almost everything that makes him good. However, 8 boxes, arm 16 and a natural mat 8 P+S 15 melee weapon make for a durable and hard hitting army commander. He is basically a more offensive version of the skinwalker UA who I have used with great success.

Do their abilities change in any way from the normal Warmahordes dismounted versions?

Don't know about that don't have my tablet with me and the no quarter magazine just had a table with the new costs. So imagine not much changes

It seems like the cards will allow for all sorts of cheap things that are more maneuverable to wreck him, but I should perhaps try him on the table. Frontline commander would complement his tankiness nicely, and I suppose that cards could make you fairly confident about getting that critical smite when you want it. I'll have to think about him some more, but I have a hard time not auto-picking Valka or a Fennblade for my commander.
