Since you're going into Jaws of the Wolf, Kayazy Assassins (with the UA! Always with the UA!) seem like a solid pick. Your infantry options in the list are a little bit limited, but if you want more warjacks there's always Behemoth.

Well then I will take a look at all that stuff and report back in a couple weeks when my purchases are caught up to suggestions and let you guys know how this went. Thanks for all the help guys! Probably will be back with more questions at some point. Last thing: Just to make sure I'm 100% clear and haven't missed something, I've got the following as suggestions/things to consider:
OW1 and War Dog(The reasons I bought into the game)
Jacks: Juggernaut chassis kit(magnetized for options) Kodiak Chassis kit(magnetized for options)
Solos: Yuri the Axe(Purchased and enoying) Manhunters(2 of them to go with Yuri, also purchased and enjoying) Widowmaker Marksman
Units: Kayazy Assassins w/ UA(FA of 2, so is this a unit that's 2-or-0, or can 1 be functional?) Kayazy Eliminators(FA of 2, no attachment available) Widowmaker Scouts

Look good.
Some comments:
1 - In answer to your question about Kayazy Assassins - they work well as a single unit choice. They're fairly caster-independent, in that most casters work well with them, but some can make them shine (Irusk2 is the best example). Old Witch1 gives them some assistance with their movement via Weald Secrets, but nothing more. So one unit is plenty.
2 - Consider getting the battle box rather than the Juggernaut kit for now. That's only $5 more expensive than the kit, and doing so gives you an extra caster and an extra Juggernaut chassis. The Decimator in the Battlebox isn't a great jack, but the extra chassis is useful. You can magnetize both of the jacks in the box and use the parts from the Juggernaut kit on them later. Going on what is worth fielding, that would let you field 1 or 2 Juggernauts and up to 1 Destroyer and 1 Marauder, for about $75, rather than $105 if you buy three of the Juggernaut kit. Alternatively, see if you can pick up one of the Mk2 boxes cheaply (it contains Sorcha1, 1 Juggernaut and 1 Destroyer) for the same sort of options, or even the old Mk2 starter set (contained some Menoth models, the Mk2 Khador Battlebox and a unit of MoW Shocktroopers).
The downside is that your options are more restricted with your magnetizing, but it is worth thinking about.
3 - In relation to your unit picks, for furture reference note that the Widowmaker models (including the solo) can be included in the Winterguard Kommand theme. The Kayazy units are only explicitly included in the Jaws of the Wolf theme. But most themes allow you to include a single mercenary unit, and Kayazy units are Khador partisans, which means they are mercenaries who can be fielded as faction models in Khador. So you can include one Kayazy unit in most theme lists too. A single unit of Eliminators can often be dropped into a theme list as a handy option (small units are good for scenario games, they're quite survivable and cheap).

You will have a good fun time, enjoy

In answer to your number 2: I wound up getting the battle box, and will get a juggernaut kit later, the second warcaster for variety didn't seem like a bad idea, and the second jack in the kit will as you said at least make a chassis(plus will fill my jack points temporarily).

Thanks everyone for the help/suggestions! The community at the LGS said something similar to what you guys did about OW1 not being good for a new player to learn with, but have been supportive of the concept of "playing units you enjoy". I'm certainly having more fun with this than I was with 40k, in large part because the community complains less about their opponents unit choice.
With the purchase of my battlegroup, I sold off the last of my 40k army also, so I've made a full conversion to this game.

I sold off the last of my 40k army also, so I've made a full conversion to this game. If you've got any sprues left over or spare parts, you'd be amazed at how good a few pieces of flair from 40k look on some of our Jacks/Casters.

With the purchase of my battlegroup, I sold off the last of my 40k army also, so I've made a full conversion to this game. That unusual warmth you feel is your soul returning to your body. Don't worry, it's a normal part of the process, as well as the slight pain in your face that you feel - you haven't used those facial muscles to smile for a while. The euphoria and happiness that you will eventually feel can be a little dangerous for some, so be careful driving or operating heavy machinery for a while. Welcome to Warmachine!
