I really like the idea of giving it something powerful like the imolator canons. Never liked that half of it’s shooting output is done by 2 repenters.
I also would love to see High explosive 10 on the blasts. I think then it fills a niche as infantry clearing.
Just remember with Battle it’s blast Damage is already pow 9 so woth high explosive it would almost always have Pow 12 Beast Damage.

pow 12 boostable after roll blast damage is one heck of an assassination tool, I don't really see it happening

true, but it's on a platform that dies to a stiff breeze and it's only one shot per turn, the judi can put out 4 and it's not trivial to remove

Yes, but two of those shots auto-scatter and the other 2 are rat 1. It's very easy for 3" aoes to scatter off of their intended target, especially the secondary blasts.

It’s very easy to hit your intended target with 4 boostable POW 9’s! Think positive. Admittedly, I think this has only happened to me once in history.

For me, the strangest thing about the Judicator is that when it works, it operates at 30000%.
Rocket flies near infantry, into back lines. The infantry was in shield wall... OOPS rocket landed behind, guess that shield wall is good for nothing. Oh, WHOOPS it has a second deviation, going right into the command attachment.... Guess I'll boost against him.
Then the Judicator fires again, all that's left when it's said and done are a few shellshocked models in disarray.
I had this very scenario with it last night, using the Judicator with Durst against Halbardiers. A full unit was huddled on the left flank waiting to charge and pop mini feat. After the bombardments there were just two left.
But when it misses, or doesn't quite crack armour, it just feels so painful to watch a 36 model completely whiff.

I just had two Revelators with Hand of Fate shoot a Conquest down in one turn. Surely it was damaged already... Either that or I need to know where you get your dice!

No. It was The Creators Might.
High Reclaimer -Hierophant(free) -Revelator
Vassal Vassal Vassal Mechanik Vassal Mechanik Wrack
Tristan(free) -Revelator
Min choir Max Idrians+UA
The conquest had taken 12 damage the previous turn, of which 6 was repaired. So it was only down 6 hit points.
Which is just about average damage to kill the Conquest with 2 Hand of Fate'd fully loaded revelators.
56 boxes remaining on arm20. 4 boosted damage pow17s, average of 36 damage. Two boosted damage pow14s, and two unboosted, gives average of 18 damage. 54 boxes on average. So only needed to roll slightly above average to kill it outright.
