How fun would that be for it to get a reboot in MK3 on a 120mm base. The first "super heavy artillery."
OK, let's play.
120mm base Advance Deploy Immobile - can't move or be moved Cost: 10 points 20 boxes RAT: 4
3 shot types 1) BIG GUN, RNG 30, inaccurate, AOE 4", everything under the AOE suffers a POW 16 damage roll and is knocked back d6. 2) BLOW ME DOWN, RNG 12 spray, POW 20, everything hit by the spray is knocked down 3) FIRE IN THE HOLE, RNG 20, inaccurate, AOE 5", POW 18, flare and continuous fire effect (like Victor's gun)
Just dreamin...

Given that it would probably have a minimum range of at least a mile (in-game scale), it's game effect would most likely be some kind of enemy starting penalty, like Preliminary Bombardment in WH40K. No way is that thing dropping a pie plate on the table, unless it fires straight up...

I actually found the rules. They are in NQ14.
Basically, it cost 500 points. You'd use it in 1000 point games. 500 points on the table and 500 in reserve.
Every time you fire, you lose 100 points of reincforcements.
But you hit with a pow12 blast with unlimited range. 5 inch pie.

I guess those are MkI points? I don't have any sense of how much 100 points is.

It's about a Destroyer in MKI terminology.
But that was a crazy time where warcasters cost points and epic casters were balls broken because you could only use them in large point matches.
And butcher could be a PS27 weaponmaster.
