Hello all,
I'm looking for someone who purchased a colossal kit and does not need the hurricane specific parts. If anyone here is such a person, please contact me and maybe we can work a deal.
If anyone has other suggestions as to how these might be obtained, I'm all ears.
Thanks!

A follow up, and perhaps a more prudent question to ask first:
Is there a size difference between the original Stormwall model and the Stormwall/Hurricane kit?

size is the same as far as I know. I'm in the same boat as you I think (2 stormwalls?) so I'm going ot try and greenstuff, we'll see how it goes

I didn't want to shell out for the new kit for 3 reasons. 1. It's expensive 2. I would have to play double colossal lists, which would make my opponents sad, and would make me bored. 3. I would have to carry two colossals around, which is more bag space than I really have. Instead I did the least challenging tournament-legal conversion I could so I would have a magnetized Storm-icane. lormahordes.freeforums.net/thread/1561/stormwall-hurricane-conversionI don't think you'll have too much luck finding unwanted Hurricane parts. The Hurricane is amazing, and most people buying the kit will either already have a Stormwall, or want to magnetize. I wish you the best of luck, though.

The most possible situation would make the copy of the extra component of the Hurricane and magnetize on your existing Stormwall. The magnetized Hurricane with non-PP parts is still a legal model for the tournament because it must be have at least 50% or more percent of PP made thing. I didn't see both colossals well, but I suspect that their looks are largely same so I don't think that you need too much parts to change a Stormwall by a Hurricane. After all you already have the Stormwall, so you already pay enough cash to PP so it would be fine to make few extra parts and making it Hurricane.
If you can make the copy of the parts, and if you know someone that want to buy a Hurricane, then it would be a chance to copy the parts before it is painted and assembled. I don't think that it is easy to find such person as well, though....

Thanks for weighing in. I was lucky enough to find a fellow over on bartertown who will give me his Hurricane bits. I have one completed Stormwall, and another that's only partially assembled. I think I'll take your advice and magnetize the new bits for the partially assembled one. I don't have any particular lists in mind, but I do like running Darius so I'd like to be flexible with colossal options. Thanks!
