So I almost never use Still as Death (in part because I forget, in part because a single P+S13 charge tends to not be worth putting my rattler into harms way vs the lists I typically see vs Dreamer), but the Rattler is still amazing. A single Rattler getting into basically any unit (save super-high ARM like shield wall'd Man-o-Wars) with either a Glimmer Imp, Enrage, Old Witch providing re-rolls, or Dreamer providing Manifest Destiny (which one needed depends upon the unit) will pretty much kill the entire unit barring really bad rolls.

Still as Death is super good against arc nodes. Doesn't matter if you can kill 'em, just tie 'em up.

Rattlers are great! I've been on the receiving end of them many times and I hate them.
Also, when your opponent has cleared a zone, then moves within 6" of a Rattler, just counter charge into the zone. This works well and is a real pain.
