it has oil on an AoE4 POW 16, and 2 sp10 pow12 firebreather sprays. They also got raiders who took zealots and made them actually playable without recursion or CRA.

PoM absolutely should have at least a solo or something that can apply oil. PoM has lots of fire, but not many ways that it interacts with our lists. Of all the casters, only Mal do I ever find myself building specifically for fire, and for a faction that is supposed to be about fire, its a little sad.

But that would take a lot of focus to balance. Maybe in our turn in CID.

What is the oil rule? I have not actually ran into it. (I've gathered it boost fire somehow...)
Considering we are known for Menoth's Fury (which is more or less highly pure oil), I'm surprised we don't already have a oil throwing unit yet.

We cause so much fire that it'd become a second choir, and Malekus would go bonkers(and probably break their unpublished damage cap somewhere). That said, I DO want something we can spread around to interact with our fire. Maybe the reclaimers could use a soul to allow free charges into fire. The purifier needs more than flame trail, a small AOE of fuel for the flames or caustic presence would make it more reliable. If neither of those, a way around immunities, targeted at one model/unit per round, would make certain builds more generally viable because we wouldn't have to consider that risk.

When a model affected by Oil suffers a fire damage roll, the roll is automatically boosted.

What if even circle gets better at fire than us? WHAT THEN!?

Circle is not better at fire than us. They just got a weaker version of the Castigator's ability that works on a charge.

In the meantime, IIRC feora 1 already does that. It also makes NO interaction with said fires, just starts them. If you have problems starting fires in Menoth, try wracking yourself for a bit. Worked for the castigator's design crew.
