I'm in the midst of slowly assembling my Convergence of Cyriss army. I quickly painted up a Cipher in the studio scheme, but did not like the results. While I was a fan of the studio scheme (silver, brass, arcane blue glow), I changed my mind upon seeing it in person. I've since come up with a different idea. The main armor areas will be a weathered muted seafoam green or gray/blue, with accents done to resemble rusted black iron. Tamiya Sky is my current favorite. I want to take this color and make it the "main" color of the CoC armor plating. The finished product will have a glossy sheen. After looking into art deco color schemes and not finding anything that really suited my tastes, I decided to go a different route and go for a 1940s/1950s office equipment paint sort of look. The paint will be chipped/weathered-looking, with some streaked rust effects using oil paint (see image below). The rest of the model will be painted black metal and will have much more rust than the enamel-looking areas. Where I'm stuck now is in choosing a bright accent color for all the cool little light sources on CoC models. My first choice would be the standard arcane blue glow--but maybe with a bit of green near the end of the highlight and in the OSL to give it a creepier vibe. Would this produce something that looked too Cryx-like? And if so, what might a better color be? Maybe a soft purple/pink glow?

The straight compliment would be red (pink) but could be retina searing with the right combination. Another option would be a split complimentary scheme with blue purple and red orange. The blue purple would make a nice spot accent with red orange as the glow.
That German tank in the reference photo is beautifully done. My hat's off to the modeler!
