I don't know who's see the additions yet but holy crap if they stay as is we'll have made out like bandits.
- 10 extra health - Ability to leach from wolds in its command - Veteran leader for blackclad models - Warlock can transfer fury to it or leach fury from it - lost the cloud effect on the fire shot
For 19 points that sounds like a steal. You essentially get greater fire power than any cygnar jack barring a colossal + extra functionality. I'm stoked!

I will be playing the wold gunline with Bladur 1 and Tanith in BoO with a fuclcrum. Mohsar may make this viable too Curse on its hguns seems awsome!

I was thinking Baldur1 also. I'd like to say Mohsar, but I really do like having some living troopers with him for teleports. Plus, Baldur can take Megalith. Wasn't entirely sold on Tanith; Curse is great, of course, but I wasn't sure what else she brought to the partnership. (Biased though; don't own her.)

Now I might have to buy one of those. I hadn't been planning on that expensive purchase. Dang!

Def reduction is a buff to it so no having to wast boosts on RAT. Scything touch on an argus that you can then telebark is a thing! Stacking Deff debuffs AND using Scything Touch could help you punch heavies at range. Its a Boosted Pow 17, 16, and 14 with our in faction arm debuffs and It gives tanith effectively rat and Fury 7 for attacks. Baldur 1 and 2 gain increased MAT Rat and Fury for attacks (all relevant) Im considering somehow running 1 and a woldwrath together in a Baldur 1 theres a lot of things I want to try I wish we had a blackclad theme to test it with though :/ Mist riders plus druids, plus solos, plus fulcrum, plus Wold wrath sounds Awesome...if Low pow lol

Oh; yeah I can see Tanith a lot more out of theme. I was referring to the Bones list, and I feel like Tanith loses a lot of lustre without a good Scything Touch target. (Though I guess you can use Gunfighter and a wyrd - charging my wyrds into combat just feels wrong...)

Scything touch and a Blackclad Wayfarer who teleports 12" and gets behind a couple jacks, beasts? Also Wyrds sit back you reduce defense of heavies by 2 or 3 to balance out Firing into Melee and boom everything is now +2Pow!

It's not a fury bank despite the name of the rule. A Warlock can move fury to it but not from it.
Veteran leader is cool for our warlocks, I don't think it'll get druids on table... at least not without a theme.
Perhaps it'll make it's way into bones lists? Would you make a Wyrd/Fulcrum gunline?

I'm excited for Veteran leader because of bones of orboros theme force. You're going to be bringing blackclads and stone shapers anyway so having their sprays go from magic ability 6 and 7 to 7 and 8 is big. In non theme forces it allows the mist riders to more reliably land their chain lightnings and work themselves out of a melee jam.
Places I'm looking to build the fulcrum in will be with: - Brad in Bones and ditch some of the other fury management both upping the work the list does and giving Brad a place to hide. - Mohsar and Wurmwood as curse of shadows will be awesome with him - Kaya1 with occultation ( i think that works on BE's but I could be wrong) because a stealthed gun platform is hilarious - Baldur2 because roots of the earth on this thing will make it an absolute tank. Especially with stone shapers following it around. - there might be "some" play with the storm raptor ... maybe ... god I hate mat 5

i think this list its a good choice Baldur1+Woldwyrd(x4)+Fulcrum+Woldwrath The issue I have found with taking more than 2 woldwyrds is that you are sinking a considerable amount of points into models that do moderate damage if there are no upkeeps on the table. I think 4 woldwyrds doesn't offer enough meat to the army and you lose a lot of staying power. Megalith provides an extra fully boosted POW 13 attack and can mix it up in melee well. (i also don't want to buy a 4th woldwyrd lol been proxying with one of my 5 woldwatchers that are collecting dust) I normally run with 2 but I am working with a mohsar list that runs 3. My baldur 1 list is a lot like as the one you posted though. Baldur: Megs, WoldWrath, 2 Wyrds, Fulcrum, 2 manikins, gallows, free solos: 2 Stoneshapers and a wayfarer

I think out of the hordes changes the Fulcrum is really the best. All but ~4 or 5 (?) casters don't benefit from the veteran leader bonus. It can run it's resources system in two completely different ways to ensure it does it's job. It's just amazing. And am I remembering things wrong but did the fire and lightning shot gain +1"?
Either way it's now a really good support piece with an interesting tool kit. I'm tempted to get one for my wife.

But play-testing will tell for sure. It can do a heck of a lot of offensive work each activation. Not saying the fulcrum isn't great now though! I wish it was 18 so it fit better into my lists 19 makes things awkward

Not saying the fulcrum isn't great now though! I wish it was 18 so it fit better into my lists 19 makes things awkward and yet at this very moment there are 4 pages worth of complaining how bad the Throne is and what they wish it got instead. It's literally migraine fuel. Throne is the infantry monster that if it can capitalize on a situation lays waste to a ton of models. Otherwise it's a minor gun platform. As is the way things go in Legion. I'm pretty excited if the changes stick. Though I have no idea why it got so much more hp and the ability to heal. I won't argue, but it seems odd. I kind of wish the Fulcrum could choose a single gun to use for an activation. One of each makes it difficult to ever make full use of it. But then buying up to a 3rd lightning shot or fireball (while sacrificing the other shot types) might be a little to specialized for it's swiss army knife design.
