So spoilers for this guy are now up. Really interesting combat solo I think. At Speed 6 with Jump and Chain Strike on his attack, he threats a cool 15" natively. With Rapid Strike, Mat 7, and the ability to generate Loot tokens by hitting enemy models, he has pretty good odds of finangling a hit on an opposing Warcaster if there's something else nearby he can tag to get a boost. With Repo 5" he can then pretty easily get out of the way for another model to get the killing blow. If I understand the interaction between Slam and Pull correctly too, then he's a pretty good pal for Helga. He can slam the opposing 'caster away, and it doesn't matter how far back they get slammed because afterwards he'll just Pull them back into base to base with himself, making him a great set-up for assassination on Feat turn. She also ups that native threat range just a tad to 16", and Ledfoot and Tredz would be able to make that 18" if necessary (though in a Helga list there may frequently be better choices for that place effect, like Helga herself or the Totem Hunter).
Speaking from experience, a lot of the long threat solos like the Void Archon and Totem Hunter are phenomenal with Helga, but suffer a bit when it comes to positioning due to the fact that they need to get behind the opposing 'caster to put them into the threat range of other models in Helga's army. I really like that Flugwug doesn't care so much, he's very happy to just land 4" in front of them and yank them in.

Nonlinear threat is always welcome in my book. Nonlinear pull is even better. I think a good way of thinking of his utility is to compare it to Gallows. Except it's a gallows on a stick that you don't need to run an arc node for.

For me he’s in a weird spot of I want to run him since he can do annoying and fun stuff, but he honestly doesn’t seem that strong outside solo hunting (which I think we have enough of already). Being a small base limits what he can pull, So he’s very much a annoying boostable piece but you get what you pay for and I don’t think that necessitates a spot.
Am I missing some interaction or combo?

The synergy is really just with Helga specifically, who I feel is going to like a high threat range solo with boostable pull effects

do elaborate on this. since he would be slammed after the pull effect. Corrupted Bauer has it right. To be a little more specific, you slam mid-way through the attack (easy to remember timing-wise because if the slammed model hits a model of equal base size or larger or an obstruction then the damage roll will include an additional damage die). Pull is after the attack is resolved. So you slam first, and then no matter how far away that model ended up, Flugwug's tongue can yoink them back to base to base with him.

Yep. I believe there was a rule preventing you from doing so in Mark II, but there certainly isn't now.
