In a recent dev chat, it was answered that hordes will be seeing new things in response to infernals, though it’s a ways out still. Well, speculation time.
Circle- clearly the devourer wurm might take a more active interest in Caen. Maybe a new class of beast that’s not quite beast, not quite construct? Similar to the primal archon. Also, an alliance with trollbloods is on the table.
Trollbloods- not too sure of anything besides alliance with circle
Everblight- possibly an alliance with Ios featuring blighted and non blighted Nyss, and lesser houses? It could happen. Maybe a blighted Nyssor returns?
Skorne- I don’t see them as terribly concerned with the infernals, actually. Supposedly, almost nothing is worse than the void, anyway. The only part I could see being concerned is extollers, since losing souls - losing constructs? I’m not sure if a souls can be stored via gem before infernals take it.
Grymkin- probably something, they are a response to infernals, I honestly don’t know enough to say more

Only the Circle would be direct targets of the Infernals, and Grymkin were called to counter them.
Skorne, Trollbloods, and Legion are not targets of the pact, so would only be a target of opportunity. Some Trollbloods would be part of the defense of Cygnar as they are part of the military, though that's becoming less and less as they go out to the Kith. Skorne and Legion are both outside of the main target areas, so would just be ancillary just to even meet up.
With Skorne's soul gems, the Infernals might be able to break them and take the soul inside for their own, hard to say, though. No doubt that Skorne troops would only see Infernals as another opportunity to show their excellence and improve their chances of being captured in soul gems.
Minions are pretty much in the same boat as everyone besides Circle, but may be caught up in the action as they go around or help out according to the agreements.

I'd love to see a Retribution + Skorne theme, something like only Vyre troops with some models from Disciples, Masters and Winds. Would be a bit hard to justify (and balance!), but seeing as we've got void archons already, you could make the excuse that the skorne think the infernals are monsters from the void that don't want to patiently wait for the skorne to die before they reap their souls.

For trollbloods the obvious (to me, anyways) choice which lines up with the rise of mixed faction themes is Trollbloods and Farrow. IKRPG unleashed mentions that farrow and trollbloods are closer than most wilderness factions due to their shared faith, but it has not ever been represented in game. I don't know what exactly the theme would entail but it almost certainly require making minions friendly faction to benefit from mist of trollbloods' effects.
For skorne I actually see them more likely to go infernal rather than resist them. Unless one was aiming for being exalted their afterlife is probably better being used by the internals than being thrown into the void. I'd guess now infernalsist, or at least occult models for them.
Circle obviously would be resisting internals. With primal archons indicating the wurm showing interest in this conflict the will likely get more direct help from him, probably in the form of more warbeasts.
Legion I have no idea what they'd get. I doubt everblight cares to much about the souls of his soldiers so might be willing to deal with infernals but at the same time I'm sure internals would love to get their hands on even the pieces of his athanc inside his warlocks so I could see him opposed to them as well.

As a faction, I doubt we'd see Skorne all go in to Infernalism. That being said, certain individuals would definitely be looking at opportunity from them. Hexeris and Rasheth would be the first candidates, easily, but just in it for the power rather than any specific enthusiasm. Zaadesh might as well if he thought it would give him a leg up on Makeda, and Xekaar might pursue it for similar reasons. Mordikaar would study with them if he wasn't so... indisposed.
I don't see any of the rest of the Warlocks or Characters getting involved. Makeda and Xerxis are too focused on Hoksune. Morghoul is only concerned about the empire as a whole, and is as much Makeda's hand as anything else. Naaresh is too much the Ascetic to be turned away from the path so would seek them for the challenge, and Zaal is the pretty much the head of his religion now. Zaal might study soul aspects with them like Mordikaar would, but he might not as well, seeing them as a danger to his work.
Jalaam's an enigma. He MIGHT go infernalist if he thought it would allow him to advance the Venators above (or equal to) the Praetorians and Cataphracts.
So for what they'd get out of the Infernals: Some would seek their soul magic for their own ends, and others would see them as an opportunity to show their excellence for Hoksune.

That’s interesting... you think there could be a skorne civil war? Perhaps we could see the skorne outcasts ( nihilators, jalaam, etc.) embracing infernalism as an extension of their beliefs, fighting against the entrenched order

If there was going to be a skorne civil war it would be started by traditionalists like zaadesh and rasheth against makeda and those loyal to her, which was being built up in the lore. I doubt infernalism would create a large enough tift in skorne society to kickstart a war.

Zaasdesh3 having a doom blade might do it, or a Titan with one, or being able to summon those Horrors. It's more about access to power that Makeda might not be able to easily counter.
But yeah, Skorne civil war is like talking about the Italian civil war when Machiavelli was around. In other words, a normal state of affairs until Vitner Raelthorne came by. Zaadesh and Rasheth would rather like it to go back to the way it was, or so they say. More likely, they're just getting ready to help Makeda transition to a statue so they can take over.

Not to mention that infernal skorne would probably look piss ugly...
I’m hopeful for exalted cav, if anything.
Also, bring back mordikaar as an “angel of death”, on a large base with wings similar to the void archon, and a huge scythe.
His main thing could be elite cadre (void archons), making them friendly faction, and giving them killing spree

Heh, I proposed that Mordikaar come back as a Void Spirit Lesser Warlock, somehow managing to make it through the Wurm before being completely digested. The response was that there was no way he was getting out of the Wurm. Coming back as a full Warlock Archon could be interesting, but I'd rather leave that to Mordikaar3, as I think his escape from the Wurm would leave him rather depowered. Of course, he could just stay in the Void long enough to become a Void Archon in the first place, but I thought it would be interesting to have a Character Void Spirit as well as a new Lesser Warlock.
Of course, having him come back as an Infernal/Skorne crossover ala the Old Witch because the Infernals rescued him from the Wurm could present some interesting aspects all their own.

Ultimately, I’d like to see the hordes factions get tools to deal with infernals in some way.
For instance, instead of life drinker, mordikaar could have “ essence drain” which removes essence/fury/ focus on hitting.
Instead of “manifest void”, he could have “void realm”, which deals damage whenever essence/fury/focus is spent in his control range.
“But we already have the hermit” you say.
Well yes. And I don’t think everything will explicitly even mention infernals in its rules.
Overall, my prediction is we will see 2 cids.
The first is all the random toys circle, skorne, trolls, everblight will get. A few new models here, a few new theme forces there.
The second cid will be, I think a grymkin cid. This is kind of like the convergence one. More weird grymkin appearing, a last alliance of sorts as well, perhaps super junior warlocks.

As a Legion player, I have thought about this a lot and I've got nothing. I have no idea how an Ios/Legion alliance would work. Everblight gains very little by fighting them and only stands to lose in the theoretical Infernals-conquer-reality scenario. All that said, we haven't heard from Saeryn and Rhyas since the incident, which would fit the limited warcaster models theme we've seen from the cross-faction themes so far.

Now that we have the flames/old faith religous alliance themes, themes for the Children of Dhunia (trolls/pigs/ogrun/gobbers) and the devourer cults (Circle/Gators) respectively make sense. Everblight and Skorne are a bit harder to fit in to that.
I am also very curious to know what Arkadius is up to during the oblivion. He's the only member of his faction that has the gift, so seems particularly likely to get up to some cross-faction hijinks. On top of that he can already control a circle beast, and via Bethayne-1 we know it's at least theoretically possible for him to break everblight's control over his followers. An Ark/Beth/Saeryn/Rhyas theme would be cool, though I'd be concerned about what arkadius does with the beasts of any other faction (maybe he gives them the pig beasts instead?).

Maybe trolls will get more in touch with their primitive side? I'd like to see them with more spellcasters, something offensive like a trollkin priest of the Devourer. After all they are children of both Dhunia and the Wurm.

This happens to be the new home of the United Kriel. With Skorne, there is old conflict with Ios, but new conflict with Protectorate, and I am guessing (or hoping) Chimera comes into play (the dragon who tried to fly into the god gate the elves built way back in the day). Grymkin are interesting. These two factions are like Convergence and Cephalyx, just total polar opposites. Infernals want human souls as a resource, Grymkin want them to twist them and spit in Menoth's eye.
