So Helga2 got shown and is releasing in February, I wanted to compile the trade point and what we know of her Riotquest Rules and Warlock rules. So
Helga on Wheels – Riot Quest Scout (metal/resin)
PIP 63023 MSRP: $34.99
Don’t ever tell Helga that she’s not fast ’cause then she’s gonna get real busy killin’ and maimin’ to prove to you that she is.
TRADE POINTS: Helga is a Scout class Hero who has unmatched mobility. As the only Hero capable of moving twice in one turn, Helga can burn rubber and speed through the Arena to land a nasty blow to enemies with her spiked bat.
Warlock Rules.
It was said early on she has Engine of Destruction (2 cost self spell +2 spd, +4 str and mat for one turn) and she turns meat threshers and road hogs up to 11 and goes loves the fast aggressive lane.
Am I missing anything?
Also HYPE

I think that's all the information I have on her. I'm real interested to see how she comes out, I'd love an excuse to run Meat Threshers more.
That model is incredible.

The hype is real. I have both my meat threshers on standby to burn some serious rubber. With any luck maybe we will even see some motorcycle cav fpr farrow when that cid finally rolls around.
HOGS ON HOGS!!!!!

I'm like 80% sure that the Oblivion update means that a Thornfall CID has to be more than a year away, but yeah, very excited for Helga. I only own the one Meat Thresher, but I am entirely willing to buy a second one and even more Road Hogs to go wild on the conversion front if Helga turns out to be good.
Looking at the model more closely, I really like how the motorbike is constructed almost entirely from Meat Thresher elements. I wasn't sure how they'd manage to make this concept look like it fit into the setting overall (the Pyg Tanks were a concern because, fun models though they are, they don't feel like they "fit" aesthetically), but honestly... yup, that works for me.

I’m still more in the opinion that Thornfall cid is just never happening. If more updates will happen it’ll just be part of another dynamic update by what they said with the past one. Maybe they’ll line it up with Helgas release

Helga will be coming out only eight months after the Oblivion errata though, and nothing particularly dramatic will have happened in that time (WTC results I guess?).

Very true though, its probably a long way off before we get our CID and even then most of our nice beasts wont see a turn over because Skorne is just waiting to get their greedy hands on it.

I'm not sure what else I would want them to do with our Warbeasts. The Splatter Boar and Razor Boar could maybe use something? All the others post-Oblivion seem pretty great value for their points.

Take that with a big grain of salt, but I was half-listening to the WFW streams yesterday and at some point Hungerford kind of implied that something equivalent to the Warmachine multi-faction alliances could be coming to Hordes down the line.
So maybe Minions will get access to more themes and other factions' models in 2020, like Mercs do right now with FitD?

Razors boars could certainly use an update, that said though I wouldnt mind some access to corrosion via a beast of some kind. Slaughterhousers need a fierce update and Bonegrinders could use a UA to make them interesting again (rip grinder spam mk2).

They compare comfortably to Knights Exemplar in the same price bracket I think Agreed on the Bone Grinder front though. I'm a bit sad that they've opted to lean harder into them as frontline infantry, but I can't see that changing anytime soon.

The only thing I want from a razor boar update is letting them come as a one of instead in pairs, and tbh I’d love if the splatter boar just lost inaccurate so it could be a option for reliable utility other than the gun boar And slaughterhousers are like the one unit besides valks that don’t need the fierce update. The point drop and relentless has gone a long way already Edit: also on the wfw stream PP said they had a goal of having a dynamic update by the end of the year

razor boars...PLEASE. something that is 3pts Targ? Even at 3 points, I don't know if they'd get taken (maybe as filler, but personally I'd usually rather grab a Bellows Crew and a Chef). They just don't add much. The only Lessers I can think of that gets taken with any regularity are Crabbits, and now Foreboders in Infernals. To me that speaks to the idea that a lesser has to actually offer something of significance to be worth consideration. Like, I dunno, expanding their Snacking out into Carrion Feast. It doesn't have to be a critical piece of tech per se (though Shield Guards and Arc Nodes are definitely setting a high bar), but there has to be some serious utility function.
