You need to see her more like a command attachement to the legion of lost souls than anything else... With that in mind there might be something to do with her. Sounds like it. So she gives them +2 Strength, and prevents one shooting casualty a turn, is that right? I suppose the +2 STR is worth 5 points, although there's other ways to get a +2 damage swing that are cheaper and not limited to just one unit. I dunno, I'm not seeing it, am I being too negative?

I dunno, I'm not seeing it, am I being too negative? yeah - because passive necromancy as I read it offers some great ways to be "that guy". They kill a doomreaver. You plop out the thrall within 9 of her in the most absolutely irritating place as possible to block charge lanes, disrupt order of activation, contest or score a flag, etc. etc. etc.

The way I read it you "replace" the dead model with the Thrall, meaning you don't get to put it wherever you want?
(Bearing in mind that I'm going off the wording on Warmachine University)
