LGS had her as well as Thorne (yeah!) and Butcher 4 (double yeah) so grabbed her to support brick and mortar retail.
Anyone got any good ideas for her? Thoughts on where Legion of Lost souls could be good?

It's Alexia 3, not 4.
She'll be good with the Legion of Lost Souls in Flame in the Darkness. She isn't worth it on her own without the Legion. In any other theme than Flame, they take both the unit and solo merc slot, and there are way too many other better options for that (especially the solo slot, hello Hermit!).

Good for flames with legions of lost souls, outside of it, meh. To me it's not so much the fact that they take the mercs slots, but the fact that the legion of lost souls won't have vengeance if taken outside of Flames. Vengeance can do a lot to help a unit be useful, especially when they get recursion on kills.

You only have Alexia4? I performed some elite ninja-style moves and swiped myself an Alexia6 during Privateer’s HQ move.
She’s pretty sweet. Apparently after successfully fighting off the Infernals, Alexia5 went all Highlander over a whole bunch of the assembled casters and became the first of the new Castalock Hybridates, combination warcaster/warlock models that can telepathically dominate any jack or beast in the game and use them in their battlegroup.

Really? I heard that Alexia6 was a warnoun unit with the reanimated corpses of all the other casters in the game as her grunts, still with their spells. And because she also got Haley, she can have each version of a caster simultaneously.
Then she got bored and reset the timeline to the start of Mk 1.

No dude, that happened in the 2025 Summer Rampage league when Alexia5 consumed one of Haley’s time duplicates and gained time witch powers. They travelled so far into the future that they created an alternate past.

Having been corrected by michael, more on topic...
I can't see her really outshining the other Alexias we have access to. Alexia2 is great, and I still like Alexia1 in some Wolves builds.
The Legion seem expensive for what they offer with IFP defensive stats, but none of the nice mini-feats to get up the board more. They have some fairly inaccurate shooting, which doesn't seem like it's worth it.

I'm almost tempted to pair the legion with alexia1 to be honest, two units + alexia1 seems like a lot of dudes, and with soul ward from the morrow archon you can stop a lot of recursion denial, as for damage output, hopefully throne + ragman (and sometimes hermit) should be enough

Ah, this is the most entertaining thread I've read on this forum in years.
On an unrelated note, anyone wanna summarise Alexia 3.5 (I believe in compromise) for those of us who are only on a limited number of social media platforms (i.e. me)?

On an unrelated note, anyone wanna summarise Alexia 3.5 (I believe in compromise) for those of us who are only on a limited number of social media platforms (i.e. me)? Warmachine University is your friend, my friend. - gives Shield Guard to Undead solos (Thrall Warriors) - once per turn, pops a Thrall Warrior when a living model is destroyed by an enemy attack - Hellfire - Null Magic - Power of Death (+2 STR to undeads in her command range)

Hmm, yeah, she doesn't sound like she's worth taking unless you're investing in other undead models (preferably ones that are happy to get into melee) or you're after that Null Magic. I'll bet Cryx would love her.
Am I reading this right, that if one of your models dies in your opponent's turn you can replace it with a Thrall, then if you kill one of your opponent's models in your turn you can also replace it with a Thrall? I.e. two thralls a round?
Technically that's more than Alexia 1, but a) Alexia 1 churns out a whole bunch of Risen as well, and b) Alexia 1's thralls can activate normally in the same turn, plus you have a lot of control over where they start.
So what Undead models do we have access to, in order to take advantage of her passives? For a moment I thought you could turn Ragman into a shield-guard, that would have been funny.

Nope, it specifies an enemy attack. Only free strikes/counter would trigger it.

Hmm, seems a little underwhelming overall. I suppose getting a new shield-guard model per turn is not bad for five points (traditionally the cost of a single shield-guard for us), but the fact that you don't exactly control where they come into play (and the enemy can often easily kill them before you can activate them to move them where you want them) makes me question how useful they are truly likely to be.

You need to see her more like a command attachement to the legion of lost souls than anything else... With that in mind there might be something to do with her.
