they have a base in the UK specifically for their uk clientell. its been there for a looong while. (way before brexit was even a thing) they recognized the demand for black anchor models so they made them available in said shipping hub. As far as I remember the BHI shipping hub was after Brexit was a thing though, and that decision is what I called odd or stupid. I didnt know that PP had a base in the UK. I can understand why they used their existing base, but given Brexit I'd call it unwise or short sighted instead. WELP i'm ordering tonight...don't want any BS.

In the netherlands (probably not very different from belgium) we pay 21% tax on orders below 150 euro. On orders above a 150 we also pay 13% import (I think it's 13, but it depends on the product. Sometimes you pay all of that over postage as well, and PP charges a lot on that front. Don't really know how much though, I never ordered directly. That's why nobody here has a houch hauler. It's just rediculous to order. The Infernal Masters give PP a lot of power but taxes due to international trade agreements may not be one of them.

Has anybody seen an improvement in supply to the UK and/or EU?
After the statements made by the company a month or so ago about improving their supply lines, I pre-ordered Ledfoot and 2 Dhunian Archons in good faith. I have been contacted by the major online UK hobby retailer i ordered it from to tell me that they cannot get any product, cant tell me when they expect to get any and to discuss my options with me.
Is anybody else in the same boat?

I ordered several things through my local gaming store (Belgium-based), including but not limited to: Riot Quest starter box Oblivion campaign set Several WMH and RQ solos
Note that I had ordered the Oblivion Campgaign set at the end of July/beginning of August. However I still have no information when my FLGS when they expect the product to arrive. I know they go through the French distributor. I've asked my LGS several times for updates, but so far they tell me they've received no information, just silence. I don't know where the fault lies but these types of things are driving me to online stores. I don't want to point fingers, I just want the issues to be resolved tbh.
I'm trying to be a good community-pg-type-person, encouraging locals to order & buy locally, offering to pool resources to cut shipping costs for BAHI models etc etc, but when these things keep happening there's very little I can do or say.
Sorry just wanted to vent my frustration. Would like to get a hold of a couple of Archons (I think the models are very pretty, don't want to convert them) in time for a local big event, but I fear even if I order online they won't get here in time for me to assemble them.

Is anybody else in the same boat? Just to update on my pre-order. Both the Archons and Ledfoot arrived today. So it appears that unless you manage to get them in the first wave, orders to the main suppliers in the UK are about 2 months behind. However this doesn't stop the many of the major stores being out of stock of most normal things like beasts/jacks, troops, solos, casters etc. Again I hope the supply to the UK improves and stores start to feel that stocking PP products is worth it.

For what it's worth, Firestorm had 1 in stock last time I checked. I don't really trust the French distributor to come through with orders anymore. I'll ask one of the local stores first if they can get what I want, but if they can't get back to us in a timely manner, then I will look elsewhere.

EU woes continue as local game store cannot even seem to get their hands on the product.
IF any of you happen to know any sites that sell models to the EU i'll gladly take any help we can get.

So I am ordering everything from my local store in Germany (that is related to Tabletop gaming, but not Waramchine). I have my Dhunian Archon, Ledfoot, Wolf with no Name and RQ Box all here. The only thing that takes very long now is the Mow Schokctrooper UA. Everything else arrived withing a month or so. Just to give a positive example, I know supply porblems exist in Germany as well Oh and back to main topic: Brexit is happening, but the free market is still valid until end of 2020. So if you want anything Bahi in Europe you might want to order it before around october. I hope PP uses the year to find another warehouse solution (Ireland?).
