I just picked up 4 Lancers, 2 ironclad and a charger all metal but they really dont fit with the size of the plastics I already have so wondering what to do with them.
Thinking maybe some conversions. Looking at my talon (again metal) the Lancers would be a perfect swap just file off the swans and do some work on the heads but not sure I need 5 talons. The ironclad could he nomads pretty easy.

I leg/waist swapped my old metal Khador 'jacks. That was more than enough to get them the same height as the plastics.

Planning on converting ol rowdy into a toro. Unfortunately they don't sell toro bits.

I’ve seen people use metal Nomad bits to significantly improve the metal Stormclad chassis, but I have never seen the process in reverse.

Putting other legs might help and could use terrian bases to make them taller but I have 4 plastic Lancers already. Might make 2 of the metal into talons and maybe use the others for late design lancers. I will start test fitting some stuff and see how it all works.

Nearly all of my merc jacks are converted Khador or Cygnar chassis. I like the idea that the scrappy mercs are salvaging whatever they can.

I agree and the old metal jacks would be a good choice for "old production" jacks that got parted out or junked out. Both of which Merc would be looking to pick up. I might be ordering some bits pretty soon or might try my hand at sculpting.
