You guys have given me tons of good advice in the past and so I'm back :-) I'm startling to settle into my Armored Corp list and feel like I have a good core group of models to play with and so I'm looking for a pairing to have ready to go.
First question, because money is tight (see my last thread), do you think it's possible for Armored Corp to provide a solid main list and also provide a list that answers questions the main list can't? Like, the main threats I might see are 2x Derp Turtles, CoC huge bases, Lots of incorporeal cryx with massive debuffs, haley 3 shenanigans, stuff like that. Would you feel comfortable making two lists inside AC to deal with these?
Assuming the answer is no, I'm looking outside AC even though actually owning the models is significantly down the line. I'm currently looking at winterguard or possibly Jaws. I really have no interest in the crazy sword dudes, despite the recent CID, they just don't appeal to me.
So I'm looking for your suggestions. If you want to provide an entire list, awesome! If just a base of what to go on with a general plan, that's cool, too. I've come up with the following list as well. It's just stuff put together that I really like and is probably not very good, but let me know what you think or where it falls short. The basic thought is that you've got several flashy things that can cause a ruckus but their only real point is to draw focus from Butcher because he's the real end game purpose. With Sorscha0, he has a pretty incredible threat range, up to 20" if all the stars align.

Some of the things you list can be handled in AC. Vlad2 is a nice response to Haley3 in some ways (Hand of Fate and/or Arcane Might really help with the DEF skew) and feated MoW are decent into Convergence Battle Engines (also STs can't be pushed, which can frustrate a Prime Axiom). Lots of incorporeal Cryx is the tricky one, especially without Wolves of Winter.
The B3 list has a decent chance into lots of things, simply because there is so much game-ending potential with the caster alone. auraco ran B3 in WGK with something similar pre-Adjunct and Sorscha0, so definitely worth looking for his input. Personal thoughts:
1 - Lose the Riflemen and replace with WGI. You want the WG models to be keeping up with B3 to protect him from shooting, and WGI are cheaper and don't benefit from moving so much. They're also much nastier at closer ranges with their blunderbusses and adding the UA gives options for sprays too. There's definitely potential to rejig the units, for example switching to max WGI+UA(free), min Rifles + 2 rockets and a free Field Gun, losing the Eliminators.
2 - Think really carefully about Beast'09. You don't need the shield guard so much in WGK, which might be a reason for a cheaper jack. That said, an additional model with Thresher who can be given Guidance does sound like a nice option in the event you come across lots of incorporeal models.

It sounds like putting a bunch of stuff that you like together doesn’t always mean a horrible list! I honestly wasn’t sure at all how to approach the difference between winterguard infantry and rifles, so I’ll definitely take your thoughts into consideration. Concerning Beast09 I have to admit that I have a weakness for character jacks. He certainly is expensive and you’re absolutely right, shield guard is a bit wasted in this list, but there are few other ways to get a jack with reach and thresher so that pulled me in. And having both him and ruin seems a bit too epic not to try, though I admit may not be the most efficient use of points.
Any thoughts on on fun wagon? It seems decent to me on paper, but then again, I’ve never actually used it.

The wagon is so good you will commonly find youe opponents try to take it off the board as fast as possible (as is my life). BC on it is pretty dang fun.

Any thoughts on on fun wagon? It seems decent to me on paper, but then again, I’ve never actually used it. It's decidedly better than decent, if supported or performing an important role in the army. Unusually for Khador, it gives some board control (via rough terrain generation) and some control of opposing models with knockdown and slams. All without Focus. I've not tried it with Butcher3 (love it with Vlad1 in WGK), but auraco swears by it with him in WGK.

The fun carriage is great even when not given a lot of support like in a Butcher3 list. Make sure you’re familiar with all the rules on it. Being able to make impact attack without the 3’’ build up is great. Don’t get too greedy with going for all the impact hit, mat 6 even with line breaker will end up missing. Also don’t forget reposition, reposition is good. It’s a great model in winterguard kommnd because it’s fast, durable and it can actually do some work in melee, something the other winterguard models won’t do.
