The hype is pretty good about the campaign. New models. Integrated system. I am not sure I want to play Iron Company games but it sounds AMAZING. And did I mention new models. Can't wait to hear about it #takemoreofmymoney #whenwillIeverpaintitall
I don't care that they're trying to deceive retailers with weasel words. That's pretty much expected, since they can't go out there and say "yeah, the community is eternally divided and fighting over every little thing, and we've screwed up a lot which hasn't helped". Marketing is just institutionalised lying anyway.
Getting hyped over something that's dull as Firetruck though, I don't understand that at all. Was hoping someone would post a link saying "yeah, that was a load of crap, but here's the really interesting stuff I meant"
Far too many of you sound like miserable, bitter people. If you hate Privateer and/or their games so much: great, more power to you. But can you go stew in your hatred elsewhere? Listening to this bellyaching day in and day out is really getting old.
(But, glancing above, I think Ganso beat me to it...)
Not much information but I have found everything they have said about the Oblivion Campaign to be intriguing. So colour me very excited to see the end result
This, this, and this. No wonder PP and GW don't have official forums. If you are a company and you are trying to course correct and it takes time because your business is not huge on the employee side, forums will not be on your side. At best you may get some well intention-ed players, at worse you just get salt and even some raiders who don't even play your game talking it down.
