Ok, model spit ball idea.
There are a few mechanics to remove effects such as fire, acid etc after your turn has started. BUT this is usually pointless on troops, who die to the effects before you can do anything. So here is an idea.
Much like some models improve tough checks in am aura, how about an improvement on the effect expires check?
Something like a merc/minion gobbo unit that has a 7" aura where effects expire on 1,2 or 3. Not a major boost, but useful perhaps?
Thoughts? If it was a good idea how do we get PP attention on it?

Thoughts? If it was a good idea how do we get PP attention on it? Regardless if this is an actually good idea or not, that's not really how it works. If the designers see room for improvement, they will put a rule through CID. Outside of that, you could bring it up to them in person, but I assume it's frowned upon. They can't really take all requests anyone might deem "a good idea", or it would be an extra fulltime job, on top of having to shift through all the information coming from CID and their actual job as designers.

While it's a pretty cool idea, there's really 0 chance you're going to be able to get PP to produce it. But I like it from a pure flavor point of view.

I've been working on a "Gobber Revolutionary Army" Merc contract Homebrew. These would be a fun addition to the units.
